Pregnancy & Parenting - 17 February 2007

Okay, well I am so worried right now. I dont know who to turn to. I was with this guy in early September, and although no sexual intercourse took place, I am worried that he MIGHT have had some precum on his fingers when he fingered me. I got my period 3 days after this incident, and a total of 5 times since then. They are (roughly) on time and each lasted 3-4 days. Gosh....I keep worrying I am still pregnant. I have read about women having periods their entire pregnancy. Could that be me? My parents are so strict, I cannot ask them for help. I rather DIE than hurt them by having them find out about this. Please dont tell me "go get a HPT"...I just cant do that. These past 5-6 months have been a MISERY for me. Not one day goes by when I dont beat myself up over what I did. I do regret this horrible mistake I made, and am having a difficult time moving on.
Usually, I get very painful PMS symptoms, this cycle it's very light. My breasts are a little tender...could I be pregnant?

K kinda wierd and complicated but here it goes.....
my friend she is way nice and cool i love her to death. and she is married to this guy. well for a while she has been trying to hook me up with his brother. well we have been together for quite some time now, we are married and expecting our first child.
now i just found out that 2 days before we got together she slept with my now husband. now i cant be mad about that cause technecoly were not together but i found a letter of her confessing her love to him and how she goes better with him than her own husband who to remind you is his brother.
i think its f***cked up, you dont do that to your friends or to your husband!!!
what do you guys think am i overreacting?

Okay, My Fiance' & I Have Been Discussing Having A Baby.

I Have Had Some Trouble With A Genetic Condition That Made Me Gain Alot Of Weight As I Was Growing Up And Now It's Very Hard To Lose The Weight.

So My Question Is If We Decide To Try And Have A Baby Will Anyone Be Able To Tell I'm Pregnant?

this morning i found out i was preg this is the most amazing thing that could have happened! But now i don't know where to start i know i should go to the doctors but will they tell me what i have to do next? Me and my fiance have been trying for a whiel now and he is so happy he made me do 2 tests so he knew it was for real :) can someone just give me a pointer onto what happens next i am just so excited. I was also wondering i have been getting bad headachs would that be caused by me being preg but i havent taken panodole just incase its bad for the baby. any answers will help me so please answer :)

do you ever find yourself singing along to Blue's Clues, Spongebob, or any other cartoon songs that come on....

sometimes my 3 year old wants me to watch with him, and I find that I know the words to these songs....scary.........

I heard from an unreliable source that it is against the law and grounds for child's aid to supervise you if you have your child in your bed. I find it hard to believe, myself - can any one shed some light on the subject? (My baby is turning 1 in March and has been sleeping with me because I was breastfeeding since about 4-5 months.)

I am getting very very worried i had my menstrual period january 20th-25th, two weeks after my period stopped i had some light brown spttin for two days then it stopped well about 5 days after that the brown spotting started up aain and lasted about 5 days then it started turning red only when i went to the restroom only tiny spots would leak onto my panty liner, the next day i got up and went to the bathroom and the clear water was bright dark red just like period blood but it still is not coming out of my vagina it is staying in, meaning i m having bleedin but no blood flow, what does this mean??befor all this even my period i didnt get a period for over a year with no reason why everything i had everything checked out and all was perfect but dotor put me on a progesterone challenge 10mg fo 7 days that is why i had my period jan 20th..why am i getting this weird bleeding now? why is it not coming out? please i am very scared. I'm 24, and have been married for a year and 8 months. My husband and I decided to postpone having a baby for a year. And then we were apart in different countries for the next 5 months. We're now together, but I still haven't fallen pregnant. For some months, my period has been irregular. I know, nothing is a cause for concern until we have been trying for at least 6 months, and things take time. But with each passing month that I get my period (3 months so far), I grow hopeful and then dejected as tests come out negative and periods come and go. Cousins and friends I know have all got children by now, and those who are much younger than me (my sister included). It's something i've discussed with my husband, but says our time will come. I feel sad... like some kind of false hope i carry... I'm young. I married young. But why am i not normal to fall pregnant soon? Sometimes I blame myself I have been too preoccupied with studies/career minded that I am denied a baby now.

I had to take her to urgent care and the doctor I saw perscribed her cough medicine with codene in it. She has had a terrible cough for a week. I then called her regular doctor and asked her about the cough medicine with codene and she said she normally does not perscribe that to young children. My daughter weighs 20 pounds and is 1 1/2 years. My doctor said it is okay to give it to her but told me other things I could try first. I am just wondering has anyone ever given a young child this kind of medicine and if so did it work and was your child okay? They perscribed 1ml and said an adult would have to take 5ml so it is a very low dose.

I mean I keep thinking. Well, I'm pregnant.. and I keep hoping everything will go great. I mean... I think I am scared to hope. I am 23 weeks pregnant. Their are no problems. Everything went fine with my first baby (this is my second pregnancy). My daughter is healthy and all... but that was 7 years ago... how do I believe that everything will go well that I will for sure have another baby soon?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and the last few days I've only got sick a few times. Getting sick is always on my mind because I was really sick with my daughter, so I am not sure if I am thinking about it to much and making myself get sick. But mostly by the time I reach the toilet, I just gag a few times and thats it. I've read that sometimes a lack of morning sickness may indiacte miscarriage (whcih i suffered before). I've also felt "bloated" a lot lately. So I am just looking for some answers? Is gagging morning sickness, or not so much? It seems to only happen around something that smells.

I had unprotected sex 9 days before my period was due. It has since been 6 days and I am 3 days away from my period. In the past 6 days, I have had slight cramps, like period ones, but I NEVER used to get them before or during my period, slight dizziness, slight fatigue, sensitvity to smell ( I smell cigarettes EVERYWHERE), butterfly like feeling in my stomach, and a few days of bleeding while brushing my teeth and flossing.

If I am pregnant, when should I test? Could I take a First Response, that tests 5 days before your missed period even though I would have just conceived 6 days ago?

I never had this issue for this long with my three other children.
I am breastfeeding this child whereas I did not the others.
I have read about both the Ferber and Sears opinions/methods.

Well here is how it goes. I am an 18 year old graduate and I have a car and a place of my own. I also have a steady secure job that I am pretty happy with. I am not into the party scene and enjoy peaceful nights at home. My fiance and I want to have a baby. He is also working. We usually bring in about 800 dollars a week combined and plan on getting married this summer. I really want to have a child and I have been facing a lot of moral scrutiny over it. i am just looking for opinions. Do you think it is wrong of me to want a child though I am mentally and financially stable? I just dont see what is so wrong with me wanting a child?

i'm 14. i met this guy at school who is also 14. we are going out. hes the nicest person i know and i have never been mad at him. but this past week all he talks about is sex sex sex. its getting annoying. and he wants me to go to his house next weekend to do it. i said noo. i'm a virgin and so is he. when i said no he didn't get mad he just said we wil have a normal day then and just go to the movies or something. but he still keeps bringing it up. at first hes like don't worry it might hurt the first time and you will get use to it. i was like aw hes trying to help me but i staarted thinking about it more and now i think hes just saying that so i will do it with him. but i know not too and i'm not. but what should i do? should i break up with him or just keep saying "no" until he stops asking?

Alright, i'll be 31 weeks pregnant tomorrow. And i want to know if its normal to feel like this...

I have nausea, which i haven't had since my first trimester, and even then i only got sick 3 times.
Can't eat. I just tried eating fries and a grilled cheese sandwhich and i can't. I just feel to full.
