It won't be as noticeable at first, but eventually, yes. That hard, protruding, extremely round stomach of a pregnant woman looks quite different from the soft, flabbiness of fat. Especially after about 6 months, when you start growing more right under your ribs. Also maternity clothes that look "mommy-like" help draw attention to the fact that there is a baby in there.

First of all your Physcian should be in on this plan as he/she can
give the best advise possible for your individual illnesses, profile and needs. They will be able to answer most of your quetions and tell you when it is safe to get pregnant to have the best chances of a healthy and safe pregnacy and a healthy and happy baby and yourself!
Second, whether or not anyone can see that you are pregnant is
beside the point, it is the care you get before and after you conceive. Everyone should follow the same plan whether pregenetically disposition is present or not! An illness that one has aquired could cause problems is becoming pregnant without a physical and the advise of a Physcian surely if illnesses are already positive and having been diagnosed!

Usually a pregnant belly looks different from a chubby belly. A belly with a baby in it tends to sit higher and rounder than just a chubby one. However, most people won't assume you're pregnant even when you're nine months along, just because it's considered bad manners to do so.

Yes it depends on how overweight your are. I was 180 when I got pregnant with my first born. I felt beautiful instead of fat. with my second i weighed 130.

it depends on your body type i was bigger but i deninatly look preganat where as my friend who just delivered never looked pregnant because of her large size prior to pregnacy. when you get pregnant and feel as though you just look big, not expecting try wearing tops that say baby on board or things of that nature. good luck.
