Pregnancy & Parenting - 6 January 2007

My daughter is 11 months, and I'm going back to work in 3 weeks. I don't want to give up breastfeeding just yet, but I need to get her to take a sippy cup for the hours when I'm at work. Right now she will take maybe an ounce at the most and she mostly just chews on the sippy cup. Any suggestions would be helpful.

My Boyfriend and I had sexual intercourse, during sex we found the condom had come off of his penis and was still inside of me. Now... Neither of us are too sure when it came off...
Could I be pregnant? He did not orgasm in me.

And if I could be...what should I do? PLEASE HELP!

You hear that you feel the baby move sooner with the second, so my question is, how many weeks were you when YOU felt the baby move during your second/third pregnancy. I know that everyone is different, I'm just wondering about your experiences. I am on the thinner side FYI

Ok so i was told that when you get farther along in your pregnancy you baby doesnt move so much because he/she is getting so big and running out of room. well im am just over 35 weeks now and my has been moveing more and more as i go one, shes always moveing. so i was wandering is what the people were telling me BS and the baby move how much the baby wants to or do you think that maybe the baby is a little bit on the smaller side and thats why she is able to move so much? im not concered about it really i had just been wantering. my doc hasnt said anything to be about the size of the baby in about 2 months. when she did she said the baby bigger then she should be for her gestational age. but i know that anything can happen really. like i said im not freaking out or anything, if i was worryed i would call my doc, im just curious as to if that was true or not.

I am due tomorrow and the doctor will not let me go past the 15th of this month so I know that within the next 9 days for sure my son will be born and I am now having such great anxiety regarding getting the epidural done again. I had it with my first two but now have access to the computer full time and looked up the downside to having an epidural and there is soooo many. I was wondering if anyone has had severe complications with and epidural or know of anyone who has????? I have never had natural childbirth and although for years and years woman do it I am not sure if I can handle the severity of the pain childbirth causes!!

My 2 year old found a permanent marker. We have wood paneling in our living room he got some on the wood he also got some of the wall.. I have tried nail polish remover bleach and goo gone... none seemed to work... any suggestions

My 6month old son just started to waking up at night. Ever since birth he would sleep thru the night but since he started gettin cearel he has started waking up to eat . is this weird ?.. he started getting cereal at 4 1/2 monthes.we have a bed time routine at 7:00pm 1 oz of cereal 2 oz water mixed with 1 oz of juice, brush his tooth, bath, sleepy time lotion, pjs, bottle and off to bed at 8:15pm only 4 hours later 12:15 am he is up for another bottle then awake for about 30mins after that then up again at 4:15 am then awake for about 30mins and up and awake at 7:00 am and at eats at about 8:45am... Now I`m up until 10:30 pm and then off to bed. soo can yall help me I have tried giving him cereal in the afternoon and giving him 6 ozes instead of 5 ozes at night i even tried 7oz because the 6 ozes keep him asleep for 5 hours instead of 4 for only 2wks. I even play a lulliby CD for himat night. anyone have any sugestions? my Doc tells me most babies wake up at night and its normal.

I had a miscarriage in sep. I just fount out im pregnant again. I went to the hospital because i was cramping and my back was killing me. turns out im like five weeks and i have a UTI. I have all the syptoms but thought it was my period. Now that i know im pregnant i want to know what are the chances of having another MC. Also Im a little nauseated and my nipple were very sore at first but not so much now. Like some of my syptoms are on and off except having to make trips to the bathroom, back pain, and fatigue. I just need to know if everything sound right or if anyone has expericed the same thing and what are the chances of having a healthy baby bc im worried and trying to do everything right. I'm in the process of introducing the sippy cup to my 9 month old son. He seems to not really object to it, but ends up playing with it rather than drinking from it. I'm trying to replace one bottle a day (usually at lunch) with a sippy cup. He loves his bottle and knows also that the sippy cup contains his milk, but he usually drinks for a second on the cup and then starts biting and playing with it. He eats baby food and diced fruits, veggies, and meats and some cheese no problem. I'm not going to push the cup on him and just completely take away his bottles at this point, but I don't want him to be 2 and still drinking from a bottle. My mom did that with me and I had dental problems because of it. I want him to weaned by a reasonable age though. What can I do to help him be completely weaned by 12-15 months old?
