My husband and I have agreed to never have children. Has anybody else made this decision? Have you also experienced hostility from people? What types of reactions to you get? What do your parents, friends, co-workers, etc. say? Have you had to hide your decision to keep the peace?

I am pregnant with my second child, right now I don't know whether it is a boy or girl, but I need some name advice. I keep thinking about using names from our ancestorial hertiage. I am irish, english, and scottish. He is native american, yugoslavian, and german. There are probably a few more in there, but those are the main ones. Please help. Thanks

He is sleeping with his girlfriend, drinking and considering taking drugs. His school report was appalling. I would like him to leave but at over 6 foot I am physically frightened of him and my husband is avoiding the situation. Ladies...Would you fly to a hot climate for two weeks if you were 7 months gone?
The packing, the travelling to the airport, the security checks, waiting around, delayed flights and travelling at the other end in heat we havent had since last year, then sit on a beach in 80 degrees for two weeks while 7 mths gone, then travel back again.
Guys, would you be able to handle the stress from your side of all that
And knowing you could give birth abroad???
Am I the only one agaisnt it????
Now Im not talking about the health issues here, but the practicalities of it all and the possible stress................

My husband and I have been married for 8 years. He has 2 boys from a previous marriage and I have one boy also from a previous marriage. I am 5 weeks pregnant with our first baby and I would really like it to be a girl. What are the odds? I know you cant tell me for sure, but would like your opinion. We are so excited!!!!! I had sex about 3 weeks ago on a sunday. My period was due that thursday/friday. It did not come. On that friday i had nausea and sore breasts. The nausea lasted 2 days and the sore breasts lasted for 5 days (they did grow and are still that size). I took a pregnancy test when i was 2-3 days late and came up negative. 9 days after intercourse i felt a pain in my lower left abdomen that lasted for about 6 or 7 hours then i never felt again. After about a week of having sore breasts and nausea, my symptoms went away completely and that next thursday (1 week late for my period and 11 days after intercourse) i bled on the heavier side for 2 days and the period or implantation bleeding stopped after 6 days total. My periods usually last about 7 days and i am always regular. I need insight on if you think i am pregnant or not. i plan to take another hpt in a day or so. I am experiencing slight back pains but i think its due to work since i work in a department store and always walk around.

I am 32 weeks pregnant and found out about a month ago that I have gestational diabetes.I am on a strick low carb diet and 3 insulin shots a day to control my blood sugar.Since I have started the low carb diet I have lost 9 pounds-and it worrys me.I should be gaining weight at 32 weeks-not losing so much.Has anyone else been through this or know someone who has?Will it hurt the baby?I cannot eat more calories because high calorie foods have tons of carbs.

I am 5 weeks pregnant which my first, and I want to know about using chapstick, lip balm and skin lotion. Are these things harmful to the baby? I have had a stuffed up nose and dry skin, chapped lips for a week and I don't want to use anything harmful. Any ideas?

i need advice..im on a regular cycle...my boyfriend and i had sex on my day 23 of the cycle. he came for the fourth time and he broke the condom. the discharge was minimal but he still came inside me just the same. we cleaned it right away.

We have had full custody of my 8 year old step-aon for 31/2 years. I've been a part of his life for 6 years. He is getting out of hand, and short of opening a can of whoop a$$ on him, I need some ideas. Here are some of the issues that we are dealing with, and we have seen a pchychologist, neurologist and peadiatrician...they all say all tests are NORMAL, this is just his behaviour, not a medical problem.
He pees in his toybox ( his room has a bathroom attatched to it)
He wets the bed, so we used to have pull-ups for him, he used to hide them in his closet instead of throwing them in the garbage, so I stopped buying them...now he hides his wet sheets in his closet, or dresser drawers!
At Christmas he turned to my uncle and said (seriously) "How much money are you giving me this year? " (after he opened his card with $50, he said "is that all?", and he didn't say thank you to anyone, all he said was "is there anymore? &"is that it?"

His great-grandmother watched him for us while we work 60+ hours a week, until about three weeks ago. She did EVERYTHING for him. We ended up having to move to a place 4 hours away from her, which was good, because we felt it was time for a separation. I took off a week to help get him adjusted to the new house. We put him in and subsequently took him out of daycare, as the daycare we chose was not meeting our expectations. One of their complaints to us though, was that he could not feed himself. He doesn't pick up anything to put in his mouth. He won't touch it unless someone is holding it for him. How can we get him to eat on his own? I have gotten him to hold his own spoon, but he will only hold it. He will not even attempt to get food with it, even though I hold another spoon exactly like it and feed him with it...Any takers?

Hi, I have 2 questions, I have a 7 week old and a 2 year old. My 2 year old has a cold and so do I. I think my 7 week old is getting a cold too. He coughs alot and his nose is stuffy and he rarely will eat. What should I do. And also is it normal for him to have trouble making a bowel movement? He pushes so hard for a while and he cries and cries til it is out. Please give me any information you can.
