Baby Guess Game
This game is a nice keepsake favor for the couple. With this, each guest will write down the anticipated delivery date, the gender of the baby, weight, length, date of delivery, and the time. The couple will keep these as a part of the baby’s book.
Guess Mom's Tummy Size: (Materials- String or yarn and scissors) Have each woman pull the yarn to the size they believe would fit perfectly around the Mother-To-Be's center of her pregnant tummy. After everyone cuts their string, compare the results to the Mommy-To-Be's actual tummy. Give a prize to the woman who is the most close! This is a baby shower favorite.
Baby Bingo: (Materials- Pens, Pre-Printed Bingo cards that use the numbers of how many people attend the baby shower) Prior to opening the baby shower gifts, number each gift on the box starting with one. If you know that 15 people will be attending your shower, pre-print bingo cards with numbers 1 through 15 and randomly place them on 15 cards. When the mommy-to-be's decides to open the presents, she grabs the present she wants to open and reads the number out loud. As soon as someone receives bingo, they win the baby shower game and the baby shower prize.
Blindfold Diapering: (Materials- blindfold, baby lifesize doll(s), diapers). One of the funniest baby shower games is for the women break into teams (up to five persons per team). Each team has a doll, blindfold and diapers. The object is for each participant to place the blindfold on, take the current diaper off the doll and place the new one on while blindfolded. After the first person finshes diapering, they run to the next team-mate who places the blindfold on and has to do the same. The first team to finish diapering wins!

We did this hysterical game at my sister-in-law's baby shower. I just about peed my pants laughing so hard. We had a "chugging" contest! I bought a bunch of cheap baby bottles at the dollar store and filled them with water or juice (only about 2 oz) and then gave them to the participants and whoever sucked down the juice first from the baby bottle won! It was so funny seeing all these women dressed up so nicely sucking on baby bottles! And the older women too! I'm glad we caught it on video! Everyone thought it was a hoot!
We also did a "Guess the poop" game. We took three diapers and melted 3 different candy bars in them. Then passed them around the room and everyone had to guess which candy bar was in the diaper. Everyone was laughing and smelling and some even tasting the "poop". We had a great time!
This site can give you more ideas!

Well I was a little sick of baby showers since I went to several of my friend's and then had my own. My first baby shower was traditional with some of the games and finger foods, etc, but with my second and third I was sick of it and we just got inventive with it. We had a chocolate and cheese fondue with just the girls and rented a good movie that we knew most of us hadn't seen, sat around, talked, and opened gifts, it was really relaxing and fun! For my third we met at a really nice restaurant (after the baby was born), and just had some drinks, talked and opened gifts. It was really fun and relaxing too, as I really wanted as little stress as possible! If you are having your first, you pretty much need everything in terms of gifts so have it before the baby is born, but for your second and third, you won't really know what you need/need more of until after the baby is born, and that way you can sip a glass of wine in celebration! :0)) Congrats, and best wishes!

This is a game you can play through the whole party. First you need to make "pacifier necklaces" You get two white lifesavers and glue them together, lay the top one flat and stand the bottom one up and glue it together. Then you need a jellybean for the nipple, glue it into the top lifesaver that was layed flat. (A hot glue gun works best) Tie some ribbon around the bottom one and hang them around the necks of the guests and the mom of honor (yourself too). The object of the game is to not cross your legs, if you cross your legs and someone catches it you lose your paci. The one with the most pacis wins!

Include the father to be, after all it is his baby too. Have snacks and soda, coffee or tea and make sure there are some thing that do not have sugar in them for those who have diabetes.
Make sure the gifts are for the baby and not just for mom.
Good luck and I hope it is a healthy baby all through its life.

do basically finger meals. sandwiches, chips, snacks.... ask visitors who're kinfolk, or truly on the brink of her to hold something too! Decor is as much as you. you are going to be able to desire to do blue streamers, balloons... the works... or get truly imaginative, and do the little boy nautical situation with ships. Any present is a competent present. outfits, toys, books... purchase your renowned e book starting to be up for her to envision her little guy. it may be a very good gesture. And for video games.... i exchange into gazing the ladies folk around the corner final week, and that that they had a game the place you soften chocolate bars into diapers... then the visitors pass around the diapers and wager which chocolate bar it is (one diaper in line with bar however). i'm specific no remember what you do, your aunt will like it, and delight in each and every thing you probably did. good success and have relaxing with it!

in my baby shower.. i went and got a bunch of bibs and onsies at hobby lobby.. and had everyone decorate them with paint.. (puffy kind) i gave each guest a small plant i planted myself with a lil poem about new life to signify a new life for me as well as a new plant for them.the web has so many neat ideas for baby showers.. i walked around with a bunch of stuff on a platter.. babby bottles, binkys.. etc,., and then i walked away in a different room.. and the questions werent about the tray.. it was about me and what i was wearing.. etc. it was fun.. and we were all busy doing projects.. and made a point not to focus on the presents.. was very nice.. good luck on yours.. set out tons of disposable cameras so others can take pictures of what they see throughout the day.. have fun
