I am pregnant with my second child, right now I don't know whether it is a boy or girl, but I need some name advice. I keep thinking about using names from our ancestorial hertiage. I am irish, english, and scottish. He is native american, yugoslavian, and german. There are probably a few more in there, but those are the main ones. Please help. Thanks

I love the name Hailey for a girl, some other ideas are; Laina,Karah, Juliet, or Kaylee. We are still trying to find a boys name we like, so far we are considering; Sean, Alex, Holden, Hayden, Aiden or Yannick.

I don't know how unique they are, but hopefully you find a couple you like. Grats on the new baby :).

An Irish girl name I like is Alana. It's not very common. Go on a babyname website and search for same of your heritage. Good luck.

I have always been told that you should not give a boy a unique or weird name because socialy it be a disadvantage to a boy and may make him one of the weird or outcast boys, but with girls its the oposite a unique name gives a higher social standing, Plus my name is Shalaina (cha, lane, a) and have always been the only one and everyone knows who i am.

Alastair, Angus

I think a name (first and middle) that combines your ethnic heritage and your husbands would be really nice. You have alot to choose from-Good Luck

It's good to be original but don't name your child something that will scare them and they will either get a daily beating by there schoolmates or end up in therapy.
