I am 8 weeks pregnant and have horrible morning sickness the only thing that works to settle my stomach is warm tea and saltines or ginger snaps... I have been sick all morning adn havent really ate much but now I havent thrown up for about an hour and a half adn I have been drinking warm tea. I have a salad in the refrigerator with ham, turkey, mushrooms, and italian dressing. Do you think it is safe to eat that or should I wait longer... I dont want to puke anymore today.......?

Am I a bad person?
Okay, I am a stay at home mom of a five year old and one on the way and go to school full time . I babysit for my sister fulltime because I stay at home. I didn't want to because this is my time to get ready for our baby, finish school, and she just uses and abuses till you don't want to help her anymore. She acts like everyone owes her something because she doesn't know how to make one good choice. She only thinks of herself and not her children. She makes enough money to take care of everything in her life without even working, but she blows it before she even gets it. She is never happy anywhere and moves every couple of months. She has a 13-12-1 year old children I feel sorry for them. I ve been sitting for her w/ agreement that she wouldn't move again for at least the school year, well shes moving. This wasn't the agreement, now I really don't know how to tell her to figure it out for herself. I can't handle the stress w/my own pregancy, school, & family.

Hello Everyone....Please Help....I had my period on Nov.26, however, i had unprotected intercourse on Dec.3rd, Im pretty normal however, this Friday Dec. 8th, i notice some brownish spotting, on Sat & Sun i kept bleeding and even today im still bleeding some brownish color.....I don't understand why im bleeding since on Monday Dec. 4th and Tues 5th, i took the emergency contraceptive pill, do you guys think im pregnant? Please help me......i will test when the bleeding stops....Thanks so much for reading.......

They are 2 and 4 and always want to touch all the pretty colours they see on the screen (and convinced that all the avatars are pictures of them!). I dont want to be nasty/boring and say dont do that, so I just wondered if any of you have any fun things to tell them or interesting ideas to stop them doing it. Thanks!

Yes, I was ranting, I know. I'm sorry.
Iam angry at the attitude of people, not people who tried this and that and it just didn't work, or who haqd premature babies, because although with a huge amount of support they could have overcome their problems. at least they tried.
I am angry with the people who say 'My mum breastfed all 10 of her kids and they are just fine, so I'm not going to bother' or worst of all 'We are not cows'. That one really annoys me, like cows are the only animal that produces milk.
Ah, now I've started ranting again. ANyway, sorry for offending people, I do realise that the way you feed your baby is a choice that only you can make and it is totally up to you. But I do think everyone who can should try breastfeeding at least for a while, it is such an amazing experience

She pulls herself up after I sit her down. Because the baby tub is slippery (and so is she), she has slipped a few times while I was holding on to her. Is there another way to bathe her more safely? Her bath is part of her daily bedtime routine and I would like to keep it.

We've been TTC for about 6 months now and everything seems to be ok with me according to my doctor. She said my husband should get tested but I don't know where to start? Should we go to our General Practitioner or the hospital or a lab? Anyone else done this?

My son is in honor choir at school. He's 8 years old. His teacher is making the class sing Christian songs for the holidays. This is a public school not private. I thought there was a law against this. Is this a part of seperating church from goverment? I thought religion was not allowed in public schools.

I find it offense for many reasons, mainly because there are more than one religion at the school, not all the people there are Christians. Also I don't want the school teaching him about God, that's my job. He's come home from school on Halloween saying that it was the Devils birthday and we should not celebrate it. Of course I told him that was false but he was still worried.

Isn't it illegal to make them sing songs that convey one religion. I think if they sung other songs that are for other religions maybe it wouldn't be as bad. But according to the school being a Christian is the only way to go. I thought this was illegal?

I noticed that I had gained weight in the last month after my period. About 2 weeks later, I started bleeding really heavy, I had cramps, and the bleeding lasted for about a week and a half. My nipples have also been lactating recently. After the bleeding stopped my stomach went in. I have never gotten bloated with my periods before, so are these signs that I had a miscarriage?

The 1st day of my last cycle was 11/28/2006 and the last day was the 12/03/2006. I'm pretty regular. I had sex on the 12/08/2006 and he ejaculated inside of me. I had a beautiful baby girl 10 months ago and I've lost a lot of weight but my stomach skin is still flabby and loose. Will it return back to before I had a baby (flat stomach) I have a few stretch marks but hardly noticeable.
