my problem is although i eat a good breakfast, i find that most of my calorie intake(60%) happens 2-3 hours before i sleep..how will that effect my weight loss plan?

if you are pregnant you shouldn't be dieting. If you are not pregnant post this question in a different section!

The common assumption is that eating late at night will not give your body the chance to burn off the calories and you will gain weight. The truth is that your body processes calories the same way at night and during the day. The problem with late-night eating is that people tend to indulge in junk food rather than something healthy and that is what leads to weight gain.

Well, if you really stay at 1500 calories, and you really do tread 30 minutes a day, you will lose weight. Don't sweat it.

Do substutions... instead of ice cream, try fat free cool whip. Eat pickles.

For the anorexic solution, brush your teeth and swish with listerine for 30 seconds... your mouth will burn if you eat any food.
