Hi I was talking to a girl today that is due the same time that I am. She is actually due a day before me. We were talking about ultra sounds and when our first one was, and I happened to have one on me from when my baby was about 9 weeks. She said omg, your baby is so much bigger than mine was...but of course my baby was taken at 7 weeks. Doctors say that the earlier you get the ultra sound, the more accurate reading towards to due date. Can babies get a lot bigger within 1.5 weeks?? And, are most ultra sounds accurate about due date at the beginning? I wouldn't be asking this if I knew the first day of my LMP. Someone help. Thank you . :) I mean, if the doctor says that I'm 12 weeks....could he be wrong and I really be 14 ...?? Help please

my period is due on friday (today is monday) and i feel like that i have period pain like normal. but i think i may be pregnant to, it's highly likely. well i was just wondering if i do get my period like normal, if theres a chance of me still being pregnant?

My nephew was held since he was born, he's 6 weeks old and he cries when u put him down so long, but on top of that, you can't just sit down, you have to walk while carrying him too or he'll cry.

i had intercorse on the 4th of november (used a condom but it split) and i thaught i could be pregnant (didnt want to be as im only 16) but i didnt take a test yet but my belly was swelling so i thaught i must be! a few hour ago i went to the toilet and found some white stuff with blood in it (only a tiny amount) but then i have just gone to the toilet and i have some really thick blood (ubnlike a normal period) and its really heavy! am i miscarrying? or could this just be an abnormal period and i was never pregnant at all? please help (my mum dosent know so i can't ask her and i dont really want her to know) so please dont suggest talking to my mum! thanks

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and am officially at that stage where I feel fat, achey and fed up.. and time seems to be standing still and it feels like my little girl is never going to come out.

LMP 22nd Nov, nxt 1 due 20th Dec. Should have ovulated 6th Dec. Due to ttc we had sex 3rd, 4th, 5th Dec. Been feeling abit bloated past couple days,but also eating more than I normally do! and had lower backache on and off , really uncomfortable. The Docs have told me that I will most likely go into labor late since my other two were late. Is it possible that this one could come early? I have been having some signs but not severe enough to worry me. I also was told that after the first child the baby doesnt drop until you are about to go into labor. I know my cervix has softened as of last weeks check up. Anyone know, should I even think that hes coming earlier then my last pregnancies?

I'm 20 weeks pregnant but I haven't seen a doctor yet. Honestly, I'm scared of doctors and hospitals (I was in a bad accident when I was little that killed one of my friends and I was in the hospital for a month). I know I have to see one soon, but I have no idea what to expect. Has anyone waited this long before see ing a doctor? What happened at the visit? What kind of doctor did you see? All of this would be useful to me. I have insurance and everything but I have no idea where to go and what to do.

Also, I was thinking over names and if it's a girl, I like the name Claire. I can't think of a middle name or nickname for it though. I also need suggestions for a boy with H as a last initial.

I'M 21 YRS OLD AND MY FIANCE AND I BEEN TRYING TO CONCIEVE AND SINCE AUGUST MY PERIODS HAVE BEENIRREGUAL LIKE I GET A LIL BLOOD AND THEN SOME BROWNISH DISCHARGE AND IT ONLY LAST 3 -4 DAYS BUT THEY COME DIFF TIMES OF THE MONTHS AND JUST LAST MONTH (NOVEMBER) I WENT IN FOR MY ANNUAL PAP AND I TOLD MY DR WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH ME AND HE TOLD ME THAT I MIGHT NOT BE OVLATING AND HE GAVE ME SOME "MEDROXYPROGESTERONE" SO I WOULD HAVE A REGUALR PERIOD BUT EVENTUALL I DIDNT, I HAD I GUESS IT WAS OLD BLOOD IS THAT A PERIOD??? WELL TO MY QUESTION AFTER TAKING THESE PILLS AND I DONT KNOW WHEN I OVULATE COULD THERE BE A CHANCE THAT I COULD GET PREGANT???

Okay so I know that babies dont breathe in the womb as their surrounded by the waters, but when the waters break and the baby comes out how does it breathe on the way out? Ive heard that nurses/doctors do something to start it breathing so I guess I have answered my own question really but Im still confused, how is the baby alive but not breathing and how long could it last like that?

Unique names?
This is one of those really bored random questions that just pop in your head one day.

Sooner or later my sister and her boyfriend are going to finally going to get married, and I know a baby is on their mind. (he and her are still a virgin) but she's really into the unique names that nobody has.

Ex: Cybri (Prononuced: Sigh Bre)

I was wondering if you had any names like that, that just sound really cool, that nobody seems to have.

Also, please give a prononced part of the name. Spelling it right is one thing, but prononcing it is another.
