HIYA....you and me both due around the same time I'm about the 19th...yes I know what you mean...a girl too...my third baby. Can we keep eachother sane !!! I'm 41 and this is my LAST. I love being preggie but it's hit that stage, everything I touch breaks...I feel I don't get touched anymore in case I break!...I think you might know what I mean. Still cooking and cleaning but just much slower....I can't put my shoes on ...well the ones with laces...and nothing fits. We'll be fine...mail me and we can compare notes and have a blast!!!
Yvonne....34 weeks...fat....waddling and ready to squeeze her out NOW!

I know it is difficult when you are this far along and you feel like you have been pregnant forever! Just keep focused and look ahead to your due date, it WILL come and you WILL have a beautiful baby at the end of this. Time does seem to move more slowly when you are nearing the end of your pregnancy, because as you said, you feel fat, achey and fed up. But just think of the joys that are to come to you!

Chin up and keep focused, maybe try some yoga? It helps with concentration and can help to relax you and unstiffen your joints. Good luck.

i am 18 weeks pregnant and dreading the 32nd week to delivery. I remember being crazy at that stage too with both my boys , and it seemed like it would never end , but you are almost done now and it will be great. you'll forget all about those aches and pains when you hold that precious bundle for the first time believe me. So you can stay sane it's almost over now !

Enjoy every second of it, I didn't and I wished my time away. When you have a new baby you are doing 24 hour days and will look back and think how I wish I used my time wisely!
This is good time to put your feet up, watch loads of crappy day time TV and relax. If you want something to do you could pack your hospital bag, make sure you have everything ready, set out nappies and cream for when you bring the baby home, make the cot up etc. Have a rest and enjoy! Good luck with the birth too x

I'm at 37 weeks and feel the same way. January 1 can't come fast enough. But soon enough she'll be here and you will forget all the aches and pains and waiting. Enjoy the silence and down time before she gets here, because you won't get much of that when people want to come visit and you have stuff to do! :)

good luck!

Trust me, all women get this way toward the end of pregnancy! It's totally normal, and I will tell you, IT DOES END! (Thankfully, haha!) I'm the same way right now...I'm so tired, achy, and haven't been able to get comfortable for a long time now! I can't even remember the last time I saw my feet without having to sit down, or even my crotch without looking in a mirror! I can't wait to be able to sleep on my stomach again either, and have a nice cold beer! haha!

You just have to think, only a few more weeks! It will end, and once it does you will have the greatest reward for all your pains and aches! :)

Good luck and congrats! You are almost there!

aww hun everyone feel slike this but i promise you it is all worthwhile. when i was around 30 weeks my ankles swelled right up and i couldnt walk i got fed up and wish my baby would of been born then.

wait til you are 36 weeks and there are a few things that you can try to make your baby come sooner rather then later (dont worry anytime after 36 weeks isnt classed as premeture and you r baby will be fine) not alot of these things work but its worth a try.

go for long walks
have sex
eat a curry

there are a few more but cant quite remeber google things to bring on labour and you will get alot of answers.

good luck with the rest of your pregnancy it isnt really that long to go and hope you have a lovely future with your baby.

p.s i really miss being pregnant and cant wait to have my next one.

Yes it will! Make the most of Christmas and eat all the lovely food (cause you can't drink so you've got to make up for it!!!!) Then before you know it you be taking your beautiful daughter for a walk and you'll think where the hell did the last 6 months go!!!! Make the most of it, everyone will tell you it flys by BUT IT SOOO DOES. Chin up x

Why are you rushing things. After the end of January you'll be saying "Why was I in a rush. Now I look forward to dirty diapers, sleepless nights, 2AM feedings, colic, mother-in-laws frequent visits"
You get my drift. Having a baby is like baking it'll be done when it's done. you don't want to take it out too soon.
Enjoy those good nights sleep while you can.
Tha baby will be here sooner than you know and you will forget all about the fat achey feeling and move on to bigger issues.
Let nature take it's course.
And be a good Mom, Please.
