If you don't want to talk to your mum, go see your doctor. If you don't want to go see your doctor, look in the phone book for your local family Planning clinic. They will help you by doing a pregnancy test to put your mind at rest, and if the symptoms suggest anything else they can talk you through it.
People use condoms to prevent pregnancy and also to prevent spreading some nasty diseases that can be difficult to treat.
Also you might want to consider a bigger condom next time.

I miscarried once and in my opinion i'd say you very well could have miscarried by what you described. You should really go see a doctor, the thing is.....after people miscarry they often need treatment (nothing painful) due to membranes being left inside. Often with miscarriages though, they can be quite painful but that all depends on how long you were pregnant for beforehand.
I'd also say that if u use a condom again and it happens to split again to use the morning after pill if at all possible as it will prevent unwanted child birth and miscarriages. Have u thought of using any other type of protection as well as the condom?

It could be either really. Sometimes when a period is late it will come on harder because it's had more time to build up basicly. As long as you don't have cramps worse then usual or you are bleeding really heavy, like more then a tampon every 2 hours, you are probably fine. Your belly swelling could have been from retaining water in your body while you waited to start. You should be more careful, having a baby at your age would be really tough. You should go to the local planned parenthood in your area and ask about getting birth control. You don't even need your parents consent at a place like that. You might have to pay a small amount of money but it's worth it. Get on the pill, it will help control your periods, prevent mistakes, and sometimes even clear us acne, lessen your periods, help with cramps, Etc.

I am no doctor but myself and my partner were trying to conceive and we succeeded - so we went to jamaica for a holiday - around the time of my period i started bleeding very heavily unfortunately through the holiday this happened then one day in KFC one big blob came out and that was then end of the blood etc - i went to see a doctor over there and when i got back - both confirmed a miscarriage - it wasn't painful as i was not far gone - but i suggest seeing a doctor even though bleeding has finished - just to get a check over to see if there is anything left as this can be dangerous.
Next time honey please make sure you are on the pill or get the injection - injection is better as you dont have to remember but it can much up your system so take the pill and set an alarm on your phone to remember - (please dont think i am lecturing) - be careful hun.
Hope things are ok
Take care

Probably the best advise would be to go to the doctor. If you are late and bleeding heavier than any of your previous periods, then you may be miscarrying, but as it was only the 4th November, then it would too soon for it to be a VERY heavy flow.
If you are experiencing a lot of pain, then again, I would suggest going to the doctor, your doctor CANNOT tell anyone why you went to see them and will be able to help you.
Please do not take a chance with your health, see your GP.

sounds like one of my abnormal periods i used to get .....i had this from the age of thirteen till when i fell for my first at 16 even though i was on the contraceptive pill, i then 6 weeks after her birth , went on deprovera < the pill injection> that regulated my periods and it made them light since the heaviness of my periods gave me anemia .....i had been on that for 2 1/2 years so they put me on the coil as i did not want to get pregnant again my periods then took a total stand still ......and as soon as i took it out to try for this baby ...in a matter of 2 months i fell pregnant i am now 23 and 38 weeks pregnant.
