Pregnancy & Parenting - 25 November 2006

I found out that i was pegnant couple of days ago by taking a pregnacy test, to my quess i think i'm about two to three weeks. I have not seen my doc as yet because she has been very busy becasue of the hoildays. However, i've been feeling grave burning pains under my belly button, once it was so bad it woke me up one night. I will be seeing the doc on Monday. What do you think is the problem?

Well I'm a kid and my uncle hit me and my brothers but my mom (when I thought she was looking away) called the cops and now the person is in jail.

My question to you is, what would you do if your uncle or one of your brothers/sibblings was abusing your children?

My teenage son admitted (after a friend's mom told me) that he had tried ecstasy. I am devastated! We've always had a good relationship and he's never given me any reason to not trust him. I thought he was a good kid. I grounded him for 2 weeks, talked at length to him about the dangers of drugs, but I'm not sure if this is enough. He says it'll never happen again...that it was stupid. Do I just hope & pray he makes better decisions or do I lock him in his bedroom until he's 18.

I am 20 years old, recently married, and I quit taking bc about 6 months ago. For the past couple of months my period has been regular. I am not stressed for any reason. I am about 9 days late for AF. I have not used any protection. The truth is we are trying to get preg. I took a preg test two days ago and it was neg. I have noticed fatigue and headaches and nausia only when i am in a car. I do not have tender breasts or anything like that. I just have cramps often with no AF. I have never been so late even before I started the bc. Could I be pregnant???

i have a big problem with my wife being examined by a male doctor in an intimate way, it gets me very upset, i feel sick at my stomach, and feel real panicy about the whole ordeal after i observed it once. i feel like punching the doctors lights out for doing that to my wife.

My daughter is 3 and when she's with my husband she's well-behaved, with me she's constantly pushing my buttons. Today we went shopping, my daughter and my husband were together. When I met up with them my daughter startted to act up (wanting out of the stroller, whining, etc.) and my husband said she hadn't acted like that til I showed up. What can I do? I'm a SAHM and my husband works a lot and doesn't get to see her much. They adore each other. Why won't she behave when I'm around?

I am planning my future daughters name.

I have come up with two that i really like:

October Cecilia Reed
and
Lorelai Deliliah Reed.

Last name is Reed. I am open to suggestions and would like for people to tell me which name i should use. I have no probs with boy names, b/c my fiance is doing boy names and im doing girl names. I would also like the truth of whether you like the names i posted or not...thanx. Btw, just to let you know, im only 19 and this is my first baby, so i would really appreciate advice on my pregnancy...im 5 weeks in.

life just isn't fun. it sucks being a teenager. i wish i was 6 again life was so much fun and so carefree. not that its not carefree now im very happy i have a good family and im a fairly privelaged child. but as we all know, money does NOT buy happiness. i hardly have any friends im not a wierd girl though. im constantly reminded by my 22 year old sister who was very popular in highschool at my age how i have no friends and i need to get out there and have fun. but the problem is, i just can't. i have like 4 friends, 2 close ones. my one friend never includes me in anything with her other friends and my other friend is always doing her schoolwork nonstop. why can't people just grow up? when's the age where girls start including other people in their plans and all of these nonsense stops. i've been dealing with this since i was 13! it never ends!

My name is Rachel and I'm 15 years old. My boyfriend is 17. I run on a 28 day cycle, which began on Oct 28. It's now the 25th of Nov and there's no sign of my period yet. I usually get cramps beforehand, but so far I've only gotten a clear mucus that comes before my period, and a headache which might not be linked to my period. It was me and boyfriends first time, and my friend said we're experiencing the first time fear.

We had sex for the first time on the 18th of this month, he used a spermicidal lubricant condom, and we only did it for two minutes. From what we seen there were no breakages or holes, and he didn't ejaculate in me. The second time a few days later was the same as the first.

He has fingered me a few times, and iIdoubt there was any pre semen on his finger, but if anything he just touched his penis, while it wasn't wet, because there obviously wasnt a load of semen on his hands, when he touched me.

I'm scared, and so is he.

We need some clarification.
