Hi there.....a lot of the information given above is incorrect...I am the mother of preemie infant twins, and I know from very recent experience....
Call the Dr. as soon as possible, a RECTAL (make sure it is a rectal) temperature for an infant under 3 months of 100.4F is considered a fever......It is RECOMMENDED to give a lukewarm bath, not cold to bring down or ease the fever, It is ok to ONLY give a child under 6 months acetaminophen (infant Tyelenol), I have the infant Tylenol sheet right here and it states for an infant 6-11 lbs to give .4mL of the concentrated Tylenol Infant drops....Since your little one is so young, I would take him/her to the ER since a temp of 102 F (rectal) can cause an infant seizure.
Hope this helps!!! I know it is scary with the little ones....
:)

A 2 week old baby with any type of fever is serious. They can become dehydrated very, very quickly. Go to the emergency room right now or at the very least, put a call into your babys doctor.

If the fever is enough that you want to give tylenol, take your child to urgent care. At this age, a fever is nothing to mess around with. By 3-4 months of age, a slight fever would be treated with tylenol. But this young... go to the doctor.

Tylenol or motrin but you might also want to figure out what is causing a fever in a baby that young.

Give the baby a lukewarm bath if the chord is healed. If not give it a sponge bath. Try getting the baby to take some water.

first do not give your child motrin, it should not be given to any child under 6 months of age. 2nd call your doctor immeditly. A child who is 6 weeks and under should be examined by a doctor, Usually the child will need a whole work up PLEASE GO TO THE ER

Your infant has a high temperature and you consult the internet? Put the baby up for adoption and get sterilized, you're not ready for this.
