I had a little bit of my mucus plug come out about an hour ago, how loong does it take for the rest of it to fall out?? and then how long after before my water is to break??

I have had two girls, and am pregnant with a boy, and I have never checked myself, or even knew you could, to see if your cervix had changed in any way!!!! do people really study there own bodys like this or what???? Did I miss this prenatal class or something?????????????????????????????????

My husband and I are both very earthy people and we love music which is why we named out first daughter Jazlyn (Jaz) But I am now looking for some more nature sounding names or musical names like Mandolin. I llike the names Willow, Jade, Raina. But I need more ideas. Please help!!

My husband and I are TTC. I have classic symptoms of pregnancy like sore breasts, nausea,etc. I know these are also premenstrual symtoms. But I noticed something different...the veins in my breasts are much, much more visible. this hasn't happed before, to my knowledge anyway. Does anyone know if this is a more reliable symptom of pregnancy or not? Thanks

its 5 days till im expecting my period. i dont have any cramps although i usually already do. my breasts are sore.. my cervix is high.. and i developed a cold.. ya think i couldbe? any1 else have the same symptoms??

My sister thinks something is wrong with him, but I think he is just a typical 2 yr old that would rather play then worrying about his pronuciation. He can say words like- momma, da-da, car, truck, bye, lawnmower(b/c he loves lawnmowers!), juice and night night. He isn't potty trained yet either. He isn't scared of the potty b/c he'll sit on it, but just not use it. Please help me convince her that nothing is wrong with him!

how many children are too many to have i have three children and im not sure if i want more i am very young only 21 but im married my youngest is 4 months but i know once he get to be 2 years old im going to have that itch to have another baby... but when will that stop should i just get my tubes tied to make sure i dont want any???

my daughter needs to do a science fair project. We have never done this before and need help on what to make or do for it. Okay, I am only in my 10th week and don't know yet whether I am having a girl or boy. But I found the *cutest* nursery theme stuff with pink butterflies online! They have matching lampshades, nightlights, crib set, growth chart, etc..

But it is pretty girly and I would only want to use it for a girl, but I am afraid if I wait till I find out what I'm having it will be sold out. My husband of course would rather we have "sports" or "racecars" as theme for the nursery (uggh!)

I am thinking if it IS a boy, I can return it, right? Or should I hold off till things are more certain? When did YOU buy your nursery stuff and did you already know your baby's sex?

I am 6 months pregnant and babys father went back to his ex-girlfriend and mother of his son. I do not trust her what so ever. She is a pathalogical liar who is addicted to pain pills and even stole her sick grandmothers pain pills along with almost $1000. I have seen the way she treats her son and DHS has been involved a few times with her. Why he stays with her i do not know. But he is a good father and i want him involved in our daughters life but i cant trust her around my child. How do I handle this??

how long did you wait after having baby yo have sex, i know you are supossed to wait 4-6 weeks.
some people wait longer some dont make the 4 week mark.

It seems like all these parenting magazines make assumptions about their readers . 1) That they are married- Lots of people are single parents by choice , by circumstance , or by divorce. 2) That people who have children are older in their 30's - Lots of people have children in their early , mid and late 20's. 3) That all of the people who have children make boo coo bucks - Here's an example taken out of Baby Talk magazine October 2006 pg. 55 -
Article: Foolproof Finance - " Should you go back to work ? A personal nanny may run you $20,000 or more ."
Who wounld even consider that ? The average person makes a little over $20,000 per year.

Why don't they write things for normal , everyday people ?

I have tried everything, like soap in the toilet and let him make bubbles, I've bribed him with stuff, etc. He is nearly 3 years old, and he was scared of the toilet untill about 4 months ago, but he won't use it, I try and make him set on it, but he never goes. Please help!

I've noticed quite a few people are against routine and schedule. Why is that? How can you handle not having a routine and knowing what to expect?

For people who do have routine; why do you feel it is important?

I do not think there is anything wrong with not having a routine--I just don't know any other way.

ok, i really like this guy, so i asked him out ad he said no, (and i m ok with that) now, all his friends say "he always blushes around you", and "he likes u he's just hiding it" but i cant trust them, and one of the guys i trust, but im not really sure, if it true that he likes me because he said no before.......and it only been 2 weeks!

I had an HSG, no blockage. Dr. put me on 50mg of clomid days 3-7. Went in on day 12 for ultrasound. Had 2 follicles, one was 19 and other was 25-31 in size. I was given shot of profosi on friday.. We had intercourse that day, several times on sunday and tuesday.I had some little sharp pains in my lower abdomen, and during intercourse my cervix was very sore feeling. Today is day 19 and I couldnt wait... I took a test. There is a faint positive line. Do you think this is from profasi injection on day 12 or pregnant?????

but, usually my boyfriend fingers me! But we had sex about a week ago! We used protection, but at the very end it broke! And he use to be able to fit 2 fingers in, but there is like something sticking out im not sure how to explain it but now he cant even get 1 finger in and it hurts to have sex as well! Is this maybe a sign of pregnancy?
