Yes! It just might take a little longer than usual. Consult a doctor to find out about his sperm count and everything like that! Good Luck!

As long as the testicle is producing sperm and he can ejaculate, he can father a child. If you have problems conceiving you might want to have his sperm count checked.

Yes, he can it just means he doesnt have the same amount of sperm that comes out during ejaculation but he can have a kid.
