ok like i wear a tampon when i swim but when i do, it gets all big and it slides out of my vagina and i have a biggole lump in mah swimsuit.what can i do??

I am 27 weeks pregnant, I had an ultrasound at 10 weeks. I thought i would get another one at my 20 weeks. They never gave me one. When one of the nurses were covering for my doctor she told me she would send in for an ultrasound. When i went to set the date, they told me they were not doing any appointments for that month. This was back in june, i went to my doctors appointment on the 27th of July and i met my doctor and asked about the ultrasound. He told me she never sent in for one and i wasnt going to get one because it was recommended. That was at 20 weeks i believe or less than that. I would like an ultrasound to make sure the baby is okay and i also want to know if the baby is growing okay. But i really dont know how to ask? i have a doctors appointment next week and plan on bring this to my doctors attention. This just does not seem normal to me that they wouldnt give me another one. Any suggestions on how to ask for one?

I quit my full-time job in March when my second daughter was born. A neighbor asked me to consider watching her 7 month old son as she is losing her sitter. The money would help and I could still be home with my kids, but I am concerned about legal issues (Kids get hurt! especially kids learning to walk), differences in behavior expectations, etc. Is it worth the hassle? If so, does anyone have any advice on how to cover my bases in advance?

Can anyone tell me what ovulation and implantation pains feel like? I was getting some clear discharge for a couple days and today I been getting some twingy pains in my abdomen and it's uncomfortable to move around awhole bunch, not painful just a bit uncomfortable.. My daughter is three years old and my family keeps asking when am I going to put her in preschool. I was thinking four is a good age. When did you put your kids in preschool? Did you put them in preschool or straight to kindergarten at five? Some advice parents. he will say potty and peepee and point to the bathroom. but when i take him he just cries and yells no at me. he also tells me when he needs his diaper changed and imitates his dad at the potty.

I like a prep in my school. you know cheerleader, soccer, softball, horseback rider. you get the point. anyway, there is this guy that i'm kind of crushing on. he's the kind that is into drugs, and drinking and parying. he's also in trouble with the law (on probation). My relationship with my parents was destroyed 2 years ago. They were too harsh bercause I got in troubles many teens get. Showed no understanding, no mercy. I hardly talk to them, can't lovehem. Today I`m considered a very wise and good girl, even in my parents opinion. I'm an homor student, and take part in several healthy activities including a volunteering one. I love my grandma, mom of my dad, she's a wonderful person, loves me, underdstands me and agrees my parents, especiall her son, were too harsh on me. She's my angel, the person I like most, She's a widow and asked me to move in, if my parents agreed. This is a wondeful idea, a win win solution. My parents would get rid of me, I'd be living w/ someone who loves me and we could help each other. She'll even pay for my school, a big deal to my dad. But they don't agree, want to keep me home. I don't deserve such punishment, I had enough 2 years ago. They say they can't give me up. I'll end up hating them.
