SCARLETT
Gender: Feminine
Usage: English
Pronounced: SKAHR-let [key]
From a surname which denoted a person who sold or made clothes made of scarlet (a kind of cloth). This name was used by Margaret Mitchell for Scarlett O'Hara, the main character in her novel 'Gone with the Wind'. Scarlett's name came from her grandmother's maiden name.
JULIET
Gender: Feminine
Usage: English
Pronounced: joo-lee-ET, JOOL-yet [key]
Pet form of JULIE. She is the lover of Romeo in Shakespeare's play 'Romeo and Juliet'.
I think that's is unique and cute name...Hopefully with those information I can help you...
Happy choosing and take care...

maybe Juliet Scarlett. I say this because as a first name Scarlett might be shortened by her friends to Scar where Juliet would be Juls, Julie, or even JuJu.
Another thought, the fact that both end with et might cause it to come across as mildly awkward but still not too much.

Terrible. Scarlett is trying too hard to be retro cool. And Juliet sounds pretty foreign. And the two together is like a car crash. What ever happened to good old names like...

Two names next to each other should not rhyme; it's not very dignified. Sounds rather like a kid made it up.

Cute in sentiment, but in reality, she'll get her butt kicked by the nuns everyday during lunch.
If she goes to a public or private school, everyday after school.
