You are not inserting it far enough inside. There is a diagram on the booklet in the box.It shows exactly where it needs to be placed in order for it to be comfortable and protect you properly. If you are uncomfortable wearing tampons then you can just sit out while swimming for a while then try it again. It should not slide out if it is properly in place as the vaginal walls hold it in place when inserted correctly. If all else fails, you can ask your mother or a trusted female adult that can explain how it needs to be placed. As for the answer saying to stop swimming on your period,if you are properly protected then you do not need to avoid swimming at all.Good luck.

the rationalization it damage a lot is likely because you weren't moist sufficient, it sound like your no longer doing it properly, you likely are yet in basic terms to make positive: positioned the tampon in about 0.5 techniques in many cases extra. Then push contained in the set off on the bottom of it ejecting the cotton section. ultimately pull you the tampon leaving contained in the cotton. i detect that i like utilising the plastic ones extra appropriate the the cardboard ones it hurts a lot less, do not complication about attempting again in basic terms this time do not wipe your self sparkling lol,and at the same time as it truly is time to take it out it would not damage, it truly is a touch uncomfortable even though it would not damage at any means wish I Helped =]]

I agree with the other girls, you're not doing it right, read the directions in the box it'll help or try doing it a different way then you do, such as, some people can do it sitting down, others cant try standing up with one leg on the toilet or something, that might sound weird but if you're not sure about what you're doing it'll help, good luck

You're not putting it in far enough. It shouldn't be coming out of your body until you take it out. You can't "lose" it up in there, so don't be afraid to put it in farther. Look at the directions in the box - you'll see the proper way to insert. Rounded tip/plastic applicators are the most comfy to use (Playtex are the best IMO). Good luck!!!

Follow the diagram on the box EXACTLY. When you insert it right, its practically impossible for it to "slide" out unless you pull the string.
