My 7 wk old son will not take a pacifier. This is absolutely fine with me in most situations...No weaning later, etc. BUT, when he throws a fit in the car or at the grocery store, what do I do to calm him down?

I am brestfeeding my 7 wk old son but will be returning to work soon. I began pumping and offering him a bottle 2-3 weeks ago now to ensure an easy transition. He took the bottle no problem up until a few days ago. Now he just cries, almost like he's in pain. Any ideas? Thought it may be thrush, but I don't see any white areas in his mouth.

Okay so I have been sick for almost 2 months...it all started with breast soreness, then it proceded to being nauseated when I ate or actually throwing up my food, headaches, sore lowerback, lack of apatite, tiredness, increased smell, increased pain, veins showing in my body(normally hidden), dizziness, feeling bloated, boob and nipple increase, and a few stretch marks on my belly. AM I just getting FAT? or what. I go to the dr. Friday. I just want to know if anyone out there knows what else I could be experiencing? All these things have came about in the the last near 2 months time....

Okay i have a 3 year old and a 2 year old i had them back to back...(though not on purpose) my daughter just turned 2 and my son just turned 3....I want at least 3 kids....I dont want a huge age gap between them.....I wont have a problem getting pregnant so I dont have to factor that in to the question LoL......moms/dads what are the ages of your kids.....i welcome all comments...Thank you

My husband and I have been unable to conceive for over 10 years. We finally saved enough for IVF, but as soon as we gave the deposit and were set to start in Oct., we were asked if we would be interested in adopting a baby from a 16 year old girl who was not ready to raise the baby on own. The father has consented also and they are the same nationality as us. Now we are posed with the question of not doing IVF, or at least postponing it, or to not do the adoption. Does anyone have experience with this or any advice???

I had a daugther that was born at 24 weeks and i dont no where to go now? The doctors induced my labor and we heard her heart beat before i gave birth and when the was born the doctor sent the neonationlagist out of the room and the refused to save her? Is that illegal for them to do that? And what do I do now? Help I feel lost and now my husband wants to have kids agian I do to but I am scarred now. Please give advice and encourgement. Thanks.

Just for your information before all of the criticism, I have no intention of leaving any of my boys home alone anytime soon. They range from 7-10. My ex feels that my 10 year old is old enough to be left unsupervised and can babysit his girlfriends babies. I have been searching for Pennsylvania Law sites to find out what the exact age is but do not seem able to find anything I can use. Pretty much, I want the facts before I make a big stink about it.

First off, multiples run in my family. My grandmother was a twin, and my aunts are twins, and my sisters and I are triplets. I have two sets of twins. My other sister has triplets, but my final sister has two children, but no multiples. Shouldn't she have had twins or triplets also? If she were to have another child would she most likely have multiples?
