Is it possible (or fairly common) not to have any signs at all (besides a missed period), or very mild ones to the point where you may not notice them, when you're pregnant?

If I was pregnant I would only be about 4 and a half weeks or so.

2 HPT's have come back negative, but I am wondering if it is too early to detect yet.

It totally is. Some woman have no sickness, no nothing until they find out thier belly has buldged and they havent had a period for 4 months Though I think most women do have some signs, but I have had a friends who didnt realize they were preggie until 5 months along. However. It is always wise to check with a doctor just in case it is some other health issue, or take a preggie test to know for sure. Sometimes too, you might just have a very faint period for whatever reason your body thinks is good enough.

Being pregnant is like PMS, some women have a bad time with it while others have little problems. If you are pregnant and don't have any nausea or physical problems, then consider yourself lucky. I had no problems during my first trimester. I really didn't even think I was pregnant except that I skipped a period and wanted more dill pickles than normal! But I developed evening sickness (opposite of morning) in the second trimester along with other problems.

definitely I was about 9-10 weeks pregnant when I found out I was pregnant and had no symptoms at all but 1 missed period (or so I thought) I spotted which ended up being implantation bleeding and thought it was my period and the next month I went to the clinic and they did a test and HELLO I was pregnant with NO symptoms at all LIL

Yes its possible. Know of someone who was seven months along before they realized it - and they are not "stupid".
Todays home pregnancy tests are amazingly accurate. If you missed a period, most tests can detect it at that point. If you really MUST know, get a blood test at a doctors office.

At first, a missed period may be the only sign, but eventually you'll know you're pregnant by your waistline expanding.

my first sign was throwing up all the time. there is no reason to feel anything in particular but when you miss a period you might notice, however my first period i spotted so i thought i had the flu, then when the period was too light i went to the doctor.

Yes, many women don't even know they're pregnant until they see a belly! Because some women continue their period throughout.
But most rely on the missed period to know if they're pregnant, because they feel fine otherwise.

Its possible but not fairly common I had a friend whom didn't realize she was pregnant until she gave birth. Every person, every pregnancy is different so everything is possible

Yep...did it for my first three daughters. The fourth one made me ill...why I didn't have any more...LOL Well that and it's obvious I'm not going to have a son.
