I went from a C to a D, My sister went from a B to a D. Most common I've heard is one cup size.

everybody is different. Some women end up larger than before - and some women actually go down a cup size.
I'd be much more concerned about your health and that of your baby than your chest size.

b cup or maybe a c cup normally just become 1 size bigger but then some women don't get bigger

Maybe a B. I went from b to c when the milk came in but back to my normal b.

Your breast do get bigger while your pregnant and even more so when your milk comes in but most of the time they go back to their normal size.

my sister was a C before her first. She was a D after her first.
she just had a second child and now she's a DD

hard to say, I was small B before but after I gave birth and my milk came in - I was DD for about two weeks, then I went down to C...... yep, looots of bras in my drawer....:-)))
