i have noticed that my baby has slowed down moving!! some days she is active and others she is not is this commen??

I have been giving my 3 year old sleeping pills for almost a year now and tried to spot giving him them last week and he can't sleep now. My sister said to give him a little beer to make him fall asleep and ween him off of that. Any suggestions?

My wife and I plan to get pregnant with our first child soon.

She wants to take 3 months off when the baby is born and then go back to work.

She wants to work about 6 hours a day and her mother will watch our baby during this time.

My wife really loves her job, not just what she does but also the company, her co-workers and her boss.

A friend of hers went off on her about how horrible she is for choosing her job over her child.

My wife was upset because she feels she needs other stimulation other than being at home all day.

I know she will be a better mom if she is out of the house for a couple of hours a day.

I don’t think she would be happy without having an “outlet.”

Why would someone think my wife would be a horrible mom for working part time?

Sometimes people are better parents because they get a break from their children!

I went to the infamous Wal-mart yesterday to get dinner items, and there was this lady and her son hitting damn near all the isles I was. I was trying to be quick as I could, BUT this little minion from the 4th circle of hell would dart in front of my cart, sit on the floor, squeal, throw things IN MY CART, and laugh all while his mother just kept saying this lame mantra "Tyler, hun, come to mamma bubba". Like she was oblivious to the boy putting everything from cereal to cold cuts in MY cart. I had to take them out myself, and the woman didn't even apologize for the boys behavior!!!!

He was about my sons age, about 5-6. I know my boy would have NEVER thought of doing this in a million years. He asks before he puts stuff in, and I do let him pick one treat out if he is good in the store, sorta like a prophalxis to avoid whining in the first place. But this little boy was cutting up. His mother did NOTHING.

My mom would have whooped my tail right there. End of story.

My daughter goes to bed around 6:30-7:00 o'clock and wakes generally around 6 am. She is usually asking for the bottle around 12:30 or so.

I started having intense & frequent BH on 8/11 (32wks), the baby dropped to a 0 station as well. I was placed in L&D and put on bedrest with no sex and oral terb to control them. I've been seen weekly up until this week. Now, I'm back to work part time, docs are hoping for the baby to hold out, but don't want to interfere. Next appt isn't for another 2 wks.

I've lost my mucus plug over the course of the last several days. Yesterday it was heavy with pink striping. The same day the discharge started I had menstrual-like cramping kick in as well as losing 2lb.

I've heard dif. lengths you can go w/o mucus plug, but everything put together has me thinking in the next several weeks. Unfortunately, I'm early. The Dr. knows about my plug, but I have an FFN that says I should be fine until 35wks, and after that the baby is in much better shape.

Any online resources or personal stories to help me analyze this would be greatly appreciated.

My kids don't seem to play together very well. Is it just age difference? I'd like to foster some good sibling time, so please suggest activities that are age appropriate for all my kids and don't require an extremely long set up or clean up- With kids these ages, I don't have a lot of time for it.

Sunday i went to the Hosp and my baby was at a -1 station last night I went and she was at a -2 what causes them to move back a station?? but my effacement went up 10% it was 60 now its 70 still dilated 2 though

She takes her clothes off and goes into the backyard where our three dogs go.My older sister says she used to do that when she was young and that I shouldnt worry about it.I have told my daughter that I would prefer it if she uses the potty inside.Sometimes she does.She doesnt seem to have a dislike for the potty, but she definitely prefers the big outdoors!Should I leave her alone about it?

from 1989-1991 my live in lover, roommate, landlady, friend,
wife for 2 months, had 3 sessions that lasted five days each.
little mini-breaks. they were 3 marathons. during the middle
one i had to put her in a hospital so she would not die of
exhaustion and psychosis, and the lust. ya know i wonder
if she really loved me, or if she was just sexmad. she is now
53, i'm 55. she's had abortions, quite a number of them.
but she might have a secret love child from her teens . she had
a terrible head trauma at age 8, almost died. doctors say
this is what caused her nymphomania. she was an actress
much of the time. i was an actor from 8-14. we were in
a movie called studs lonigan in 1960 together. she was 7 i
was 9. playing the lead characters in a brief flashback to their
childhood. she stayed in all that stuff. it was too weird for me,
i'm glad i left show biz at age 14. just too bizarre show biz is.

I personally think it is wrong for any family to have more than 3 children. Ou nation is highly overpopulated and most of the people that have more than three are just too broke or too dumb to use birth control and thus have more redneck / white trash children.
I know there are exceptions to this rule, but why would anyone feel that they deserve to have more than 3 children or even want them?

My daughter is 10 years old... she came home from work the other day and told me that her boss was touching her inappropriately... she says that he grabs at her chest and her bum, and she has to tell him to stop every day.

how can i explain to her that she shouldnt be lying about things like this? she could lose her job over it.

they're 4 and 6 years old right now. i want to tell them that they're adopted and that their real parents didnt love them enough to keep them because they cried too much.
