You can try tucking a small blanket over the buckle. Giving him toys to play with that keeps his mind off the buckle. Use velcro strips bought at a craft store to wrap around the buckle.

My children attempted to do this as well. I told them the car would not run if the seatbetls were not buckled. I even went so far as to fake a "stall" when they unbuckled. It wasn't long before they outgrew the need to do this. I don't know if there is a device or not. You might try the Toys-R-Us website.

might be time for a different kind of seat. my son unbuckles his seatbelt but only after the car is stopped and we are getting out. sorry i couldnt find a car seat buckle cover. tell your child nono as well punish him for this

Just buy a carseat that has a squeeze buckle. My kids couldn't undo those.

Duck tape'll do it. Hell, you don't even need the car seat then --just tape the little nipper to the ceiling and yer done.
