tsk tsk,tsk.the rate of ignorant ppl and parents.raise up children..could fill up PLUTO....how can u call ur child DULL,DISHONEST INACTIVE?i guess that u re the reason for ur child to be behaving dysfunctional.,,,of his behaviour and do badly in school.i have had 4 kids,,aged,22,21 ,16 and 10, two boys and two gals,and i would not force them to do well in academics,just to fulfil my ego,,,and selfish behaviour,,believe,me kids will do well,without ur nagging,and selfish imposition,,different,individuals has got different talents and agenda in life,and we got to harness and try to notice and discover their talents and potentials,without try to satisfy blind systems,at the expensive of ur kids,,,,,really despicable,,i guess that if u want ur kids to change tomorrow.,u got to be more accepting ,loving and understanding urself,,,maybe,ur child will then pick up these vibes from u,and act naturally,,,,,and more responsible,,in future,,without u having to inforce those values in him!,,for every season theres a time,,,learn to notice and observe it urself,

Ignore those who've told you to beat the kid...nothing would be worse! The child sounds as if he could use some therapy. Why is he "dull, inactive and dishonest"? That's what you need to investigate.
I think you're wasting your time asking Yahoo Answers, to be honest.
Good luck! Hitting him will only add to the problem, believe me!

set a good example yourself like being active being honest putting importance in education going to the school checking homework exc.
