I actually DID adopt my children out for a while. They stayed in the home for a year and then I got them back. They showed them who the boss was. Except for my 7 year old. I told her that she never even had any parents. Now she just sleeps all the time.

Come on now. I really hope that you are kidding. How would you feel, my brother told me that I was adopted when I was 6 and it affected me until I was oh about 22. It is a mean and cruel, find another way to get them to stop the crying. I tell my daughter that Santa watches her all year.

You should have been telling them since they were babies that Mommy and Daddy made the supreme sacrifice to give them a better life. That their real mommy and daddy love them very much and that it was very hard for them to part with their beloved children.

I think they probably need to be adopted by other loving parents instead of being raise by you.
What kind of sick parent would want to find a way to hurt their child so bad in order to feel happy & good about themselves.

sweetheart i really know how you feel but it will be adviseable they know the truth because it is better they know the truth from you before someone outside will tell them ,it could really be harmful.go visit an orphanage home with them let them appreciate the fact that you took them away,i think that it is better to tell them they gotten from such homes because any day the cry and you shout at them they will feel bad

lady are you nuts??? you don't fool your kids like that!!! that is not a joke, that is cruel. you might as well corrupt them now. if you play this joke on them and then tell them a few years later, they arn't gonna belive you. they will be extremely mad at you and will hate you for the rest of their lives. there is also a chance they may run away. god, i hope you go to hell if you do that!

they will soon start asking (if they haven't already) "where did I come from?" That is the time to tell them that another woman gave birth to them. Say perhaps that she was unwell and was unable to look after them. Don't ever tell them what you suggested, it would give them psychological problems later in life.
