Pregnancy & Parenting - 27 July 2006

Oh My gosh!! Okay My periods have been werid since May and they have always been normal before that. They have been light and spotty not heavy and red like usual....... I got my period July 9th......I should have gotten my next one August 4th but I got it today instead .... 8 days early!! Any idea what could be going on? Yes I am sexually active & I had sex July 10th with a condom and July 23rd,24th,&25th w/o a condom!! Could I be pregnant and havin a implation bleeding this early?????

I've been nauseous almost everyday for the last 2 weeks, but I just got my period on time, it was heavy for 2 days and practically disappeard, it's the 4th day and it's light light brown almost gone, but I'm still nauseous as hell and VERY VERY tired with headaches and dizziness....I have no other issues and I feel fine otherwise.

I have been feeling a tiny tiny little kicking like feeling for a week or so. I can sometimes even see my stomach move a bit when it happens and I'm laying down. I'm thin and barely showing too, so could this be the baby or is my uterus having little spasms or something? Because I've NEVER felt anything like this before. 1st pregnancy!!!!

I stopped taking the pill 5 weeks ago at the end of my pack and had a withdrawl bleed. I then ovulated but have not fallen pregnant unfortunately. As i have been told my periods may be very unpredictable for a few months, will i still ovulate monthly or not until i have had a period?

I guess I'm looking for women who are my age and older that have been through months of hoping you are pregnant to find out you are not. It is such a crushing blow each month I am not and we've only been trying for 2 months. I have a regular cycle and have never been through any fertility counseling, but I'm wondering if I should look into it now. Again, mainly I'm looking for support and some new ideas. Thanks!

help! my child signed up onto a porno site. suggestions?
my child is obsessed with porn. and she has done somthing that im not sure will get her in trouble or not. she signed up on this site www.imlive.com, a webcam chatroom full of gay guys which she can talk to. but from what she told me she has to buy them, but when she signed up she had 2 minutes of free talking. and she didnt buy anything. she cant anyway, but will there be anyway i will get billed? (when i mean billed i mean billed from porn sites.) also is there any way she will face HUGE consequences from the law?

P.S she is 15. and she said that she signed up for free and that she had 2 free minutes as a free trial. she didnt buy anything. becuase she didnt have my credit card, but i am still afraid i will gte billed. Will I get billed?
and will she be in big trouble?

The only blood I've had drawn was at the first doc appt. when I was about 8wks or so. And I don't know what they tested for then? I'm now 18wks and haven't had any more....I did turn down that one triple something test!!!! Any idea....1st pregnancy!!!

My 8 month old loves to roll onto his stomach, I will go in an roll him onto his back but he will roll right back onto his side or his stomach. All the SIDS information has me freaked out. I know my mom put me on my stomach but that was in the 70s before the push for back sleeping. He doesn't have the greatest upper body strength but he is able to roll from side to side. Am i a paranoid mom or should I get some wedges to confine him?

My husbands ex wife just gave him custody of their son 2 months ago. As far as I know she has called a couple of times, but has not asked for visitation with him. In the beginning she claimed to want to give him time to adjust, but She doesnt seem to show any feelings about wanting to see him now. Should we let it go until she asks for him or confront her about her lack of interest in a child she raised his entire life?

I am pregnant but this question is about my baby. I am almost 36 weeks. I am getting worried about my baby. I went to the doctor's today because of false labor pains. But my baby was not head down. I will be checked on Friday(by my dr.) to see if I am dialated. How do they see if you are dialated. Thank You!!

I thought this month I could possibly be pregnant, so I waited to get my period and it was like 2 days late. I got it and the first and second days were really heavy, but then all of a sudden it became immediately light pink and now I'm on the fourth day and it's light brown, almost gone and MOST OF all my periods last *7* whole days with the flow mostly regular, but it's almost gone and I'm only on the 4th day. Cramps on day 1 were horrible but subsided as soon as I took medicine and it never came back. Is this normal period stuff?

I would like to hear from everyone, but I would expecially like to hear from women who have gone through labor before. What is the best way to prepare yourself for this not just physically but mentally and emotionally. I am due in about a week and I was getting to that time when it could be here anytime.

Second, I would like to hear from women who have naturally tried to induce there labor. What worked for you?

My ex has never been a very involved father. We separated after only 3 months of marriage and I found out I was 1 month pregnant after I left him. He stopped calling me at 5 months pregnant. I filed for divorce a month after my son was born. My ex was given visitation, but he only exercised 4 weekends the first year and none the second year. He has been somewhat more regular since my son was 2, but by regular I mean every 3-5 months. He hardly ever calls my son and if he calls and we are not home, he claims that my husband and I are avoiding his calls. He has complained and made hateful comments about my mothering since our divorce. He thinks he would be a better father, but he cant even exercise more frequent visitations or phone calls. I know he resents me for divorcing him, but I gave him no promises of reconciliation. I get tired of hearing nasty things he says about me from my son. Should I just blow it off as immaturity or try to contront him for the 100th time?
