My 10 month old has started to put his finger in his nose... Does anyone else's baby do this (or did do this when they were younger)?

Yes that's completely normal they stick their fingers everywhere including there nose.But be caution es because they like to put even other things in their noses then fingers.Little things and into their ears as well.You will know that by realy thick green snot from their nose and a realy bad breath

My 2 year old puts her fingers and everything else in her nose. I've had to dig a bean out of there.When I find her putting things in her nose, I correct it immediately.That seems to be working.

Not in her own nose, but she tries to stick them in my nose sometimes (same age btw) I think they are just curious about the holes. I just tell her " thats mommy's nose and we don't put anything in it" and help her take her hand away. You could do that when he picks his own nose too I guess.

Yeah...they do it as soon as they figure out how to. And, continue on throughout adulthood.
The funny thing about men is, even when they're picking their nose in the car, and they know that you saw them - they don't care...they just keep pickin' & pickin'

Why are you freaking out about this? All kids do this. They put their fingers in their mouths, ears, etc. It is perfectly normal.

Yep, it's perfectly normal, and it will last for a while, my children are 2 and 3 and still do it:-)

LOL almost every little one goes through this stage. Don't worry. He is just finding new places on his body and exploring...usually the habit breaks pretty quickly.

LOL I have two boys, and believe me...their fingers will be in their ears, their mouths, YOUR mouth...anywhere they realize it will fit, they'll put it. :) Has your baby stuck his foot in his mouth yet? That's TOO cute when they do that. :)

My 8.5 month old does it already, just tell him no and take his fingers out then he does, just don't smack his hand for it though :)

they like to stick their fingers everywhere. you should try and buy ur baby the little baby mittons.
