I've been nauseous almost everyday for the last 2 weeks, but I just got my period on time, it was heavy for 2 days and practically disappeard, it's the 4th day and it's light light brown almost gone, but I'm still nauseous as hell and VERY VERY tired with headaches and dizziness....I have no other issues and I feel fine otherwise.

No. It isn't possible. But it is possible that you had a blighted ovam or an egg that "didn't stick" to the uterine wall.

Go to the doctor and get a blood test. It will detect any very minute amounts of HCG that you will have left in your body after this miscarriage, if infact that is what it is.

I was reading that a lot of these answers are implyiing that you might have had a miscarriage. I believe that I had one but it was a MUCH longer period (not shorter) and I had the worst cramps at the end of my period with bright red blood and a large blood clot was passed. I never knew I was pregnant and by the time I figured out what happened it was too late to test. From your symptoms it DOES not sound like you had a misscarriage especially if you didn't have any clots. Although you never know. Why don't you take a preg test. It will totally put your mind at ease, and if it's NOT pregnant, than you can focus on easing your not so nice period symptoms !! I used to get sick every time I had my period and throw up and everything. Some people just get sick that way!

Yes, you could still be pregnant even if you have had your period. A nurse once told me that some women still menstrate during pregnancy (though rarely).
If you are concerned, why not get a test to either put your mind at ease, or confirm the pregnancy.
I used to be really ill when I had my periods. Your red blood cell count goes way down (this is what caused my headaches and the light headedness), not to mention the hormone levels (that makes you ill as well...ugh).
I hope you feel better!

If it was in fact heavy blood flow, you could have had a miscarriage.
