Ectopic pregnancy is dangerous and you should have a ultrasound done to confirm it.Usually while the blastocyst travels thru fallopian tube for unknown reason they atach themselfs inside the tube and start growing.Sometimes they die if they are at the beggining of the tube because there is a minimal blood suplly and they die.But when they are in the middle or at the end they can grow bigger and bigger and the fallopian tube can rupture and then it's live threatening. So if you have any really bad pains on neighter side or pains in your shoulder, bleeding or brown discharge then you must see your doctor or go to emergency.I have had ectopic twice and didn't need any intervention because the embryo died and the body absorb it but I still had pains for few days and some brownish bleeding and also I have had blood test every day so they checked the HCG was falling. You propably will have some as well so they can monitor your HCG and if it 's raising then you will need intervention straitaway.

Tubular pregnancies are very dangerous and are diagnosed by ultrasound. If you are diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy you will have surgery to remove the egg/fallopian tube/both. There is a high instance of this happening again if it happens once.

If you or someone you know is having extreme pain on one side with positive pregnancy tests, I recommend going to the hospital ER to get checked out, and/or calling your OB/CNM/RN and getting an appt asap.

Tubal pregnancies occur when the egg implants itself in one of your fallopian tubes instead of moving down into your uterus and implanting there. Tubal pregnancies can be fatal to the mother and if not taken care of early can cause infertility, and unfortunately, they have to be terminated, the baby will die either way. What does your Dr. say? I've only heard of one case where a tubal pregnancy actually turned out okay, it happened to my friend, but I think it's very rare. I'm sorry if this is happening to you or someone you know.

Tubular, or etopic, pregnancies are very dangerous and potentially life threatening to the mother.
The egg becomes fertilzed and starts to develop in a fallopian tube and the tube can rupture.
Check out the link below.
If you or someone you know suspects a tubular pregnancy, a visit to the ER is in order!

Yes, when I was married my wife had one. If I remember the egg that was fertilized did not drop from the tubes or where it was suppose to go. As you see Im far from being a doctor but I did stay at a Holliday Inn Express last nite!
