I took the drug early in pregnancy before I knew I was pregnant, and I wondered if this could be the reason they had a hard time determining I was pregnant.

Provera contains a progestogen hormone and does not interfere with the accuracy of a pregnancy test, which tests for the hormone hCG

Couldn't see anything that said it did but if you suspect you are Go to your doctor IMMEDIATLY to find out as there are significant side effect issues with this drug and pregnancy!
