I have been on the Pill for about 4 years. I am not sexually active -- I take the Pill for my acne.
I am getting married in October, and do not want children for AT LEAST 5 years... what type of birth control is the best?
I'm afraid that I won't remember to take my pill at the exact same time everyday - and end up pregnant. My friend says that an IUD would be good -- no hormones, can be left in for 5+ years.. but I'm not sure.

What has/hasn't worked for you? What do you suggest?

This is not a person question and may appear vague or unifnormed but it is meant in all seriousness, as i am not sure myself!

A close friend of mine hadnt had her period yet, and thought she may be pregnant. I advised her to take a pregnancy test as soon as possible-However, she was too afraid to go and get one done with either myself or anyone else. (she is quite young, nearly 17).

In the end, she took one whilst she was drunk, as it was the only way in which she could gather up her courage! She took a total of two clear blue tests which btoh said that she was NOT pregnant.

However, i am still worried for her as i am not sure whether not pregnancy tests are valid, or give valid (true) results, if the woman was drunk or under the influence whilst taking it??

Please could someone help me on this matter! I cant find any relevant information anywhere!

IF I COUNT 10 TO 14 DAYS THAT MEAN I CAN BE PREGNANT RIGHT. MY LAST PERIOD WEAS MAY 19 WHEN YOU COUNT TEN DAYS THAT WILL MAKE MAY 29. I HAD SEX ON MAY 26 MY PERIOD WENT OFF MAY 23. I think I have tried almost everything. I have used the wet sensation pull ups. I have tried letting her wear underwear to get a feel of wet vs dry. I have let her sit on the potty to become comfortable with it. I also communicate with her about boo boo and pee pee and I tell her that it goes in the potty. I don't know what else to do. Please help!!!!!

I have a 3 year old and she will be 4 in decemeber. A lot of people are telling me to put her in preschool this year but I really think she can wait until next year. She knows her ABCs,colors,shapes, and can count to 15 so its not like she is going to be behind. I just don't want her to get tired of school at a young age.

I was just talking to my neighbor who is currently upset with some of the people on her husband's side of the family who kiss her toddler on the lips despiter her asking them not to. They tell her they've always done it in their family and they're not going to change. She thinks it's inappropriate and is also concerned about germs. I'm just curious what others think. Thanks!

well i live with my dad and he never evens talk to me and he really has nothing to do with me and never even gives me money and i am only 14!! my mom does drugs and hasnt really been in my life cause she spends most of her life in jail!!! i feel like i have all these problems and i use to cut in myself cuz i would always get mad and i had no one to talk to and to go to but then i got help!! so then i started to drink and sneek out with boys and just get in all this trouble. but now i have noticed that i shouldnt do all that unless i wanted to end up like my mom. but now i dont no what to do !!! should i run away or just take care of myself and not have anyone!!! or what??? i need some advice please!!

I have a 2 and a half year old son. My husband and I have rocked him to sleep since he was born. about three weeks ago we started a new bedtime routine with him, allowing him to learn to go to bed and go to sleep on his own. He's doing well with that part, but naps during the day are torture! He crys for about 2 hours (off and on) b4 finally going to sleep. Hers my ? If I rock him to sleep during the day for his naps will that cause him to regress at night? Will he need to be rocked at night again? Should I let him cry during the day or would it be ok to rock him at naptime only?? Please help! His crying breaks my heart.

About 2 months ago i was walking home from my friends house. A man grabbed me and i was raped. I went to the doctor and i was fine. But im pregnant with his child. I was a virgin before this even had happened.
