In small amounts it will not harm you at all. Like all things if used wisely. I always keep the juice to add flavor to other foods such as salad dressing, Stews to add to meat marinade and other times when I would normally use just vinegar. Dill pickle juice specially as it is not so sweet. Mix it with good seasons dry salad dressing in place of the vinegar and try it on your salad.

Yes. The vinegar is great and the salt is okay as well in hot weather were you loose electrolytes quickly. Just don't drink it in huge amounts.

I sip about a quarter cup several times a week, usually on a day I have a streuous workout. My body actually craves the salt and I get a "taste" for it. The dill in the juice makes the flavor nice. It is refreshing.

I don't think so. It's very high in sodium, and also has all the pickling spices that they used to make them.

If you have too much of it then it's probably not good for you. There's alot of salt and acid in it and if you have too much of it you could get a stomach ulcer.

Yes, it is fantastic source of probiotics!A shot or 2 a day is great for the intestines, due to the probiotics. Great for the gut. Also has vitamin K which helps bruising.

I don't think it can hurt you. Of course too much of anything can be bad. My brother use to drink it all the time, and he swears by it as a cure for the hiccups!

I don't think that it contains much in the way of vitamins... isn't it mostly just vinegar? That doesn't sound healthy at all.
