This question has nothing to do with race, social status, or any other predjudice. It basically is about those who are a total waste of DNA. Should they be legally stopped from breeding?

A waste of DNA:
Someone that cannot even take care of themselves. They drink and do drugs so much that they go to the bathroom on themselves. They always want to borrow something because they have nothing and spent all their Social Security on drugs. They want to borrow money, butter, sugar, heck, even your kids so they can clean their yard. What a waste.
They cannot take care of animals because they always allow them to starve or get ran over.
WHY would we want these people to have children. What is their purpose in life?

Since the question has arisen "should certain people be kicked out of the gene pool?", I am now aware that this concept is becoming a "public awareness". Myself I have noticed this for many years. We are not able to legally prohibit people from reproducing however I do believe that people should screen their dates as to their IQ score and moral values prior to beginning a relationship which could very well lead to marriage, children, and a continued family line. Eventually the learned would only procreate w/the learned and the in-firmed w/the in-firmed. If you don't drink, don't date an alcoholic, if you don't have mental illness in your family, don't date a manic depressive. Gravitate to your own kind.

I think people should be screened before they have children, you have to have a license to drive and take a test to show your driving abilites but any moron can have a child. Not saying that if your poor, or a certain race that you would not be aloud to have children but there would be specific human qualities and other tests you would have to pass before you could have a baby.

Yes, it is called population control. And if we as a human race ever want to evolve it's going to have to happen. Don't let the handicapped breed, don't let the criminals breed that type of thing. I agree completely!!!!!!

There are awards for these people called the Darwin Awards.
They are for people who, by their own stupid actions, take themself out of the gene pool.
It is suprising what some of these people did to get out!

I think women who keep having babies even when they are already on welfare and can't take care of them should be fixed. I also think women with continuous drug problems that keep having babies and doing drugs while they are pregnant should be fixed too.
Just plain stupid people have the right to procreate I suppose.

Who should decide who's a "waste of DNA"? How do you define it? I think it's a sad attitude to have about your fellow human beings.
