Is $300 to much to spend on my son for his fifth birthday?

Last year for Christmas I could not give my son very much because I had just left my abusive husband and did not have a job. So I felt relly bad about it. So this year for his birthday I spent well over $300. My mom said that was way to much money for a 5 year old boy, but I feel that I am making up for last Christmas. So please tell me if you think it is to much money.

my daughter will be 3 in September...want to have a fun party for her, but need game ideas??

I know september is a few months away, but i really suck at setting up party's and stuff....Is there a site i can go to for Birthday party games for 3 yr olds? or maybe if you have some neat ideas for a birthday party and games for 3 yr olds, please share?

I gave a child up for adoption,she will be 18 this month is it ok to send her a card.I know address?

is it possible.. miscarried and pregnant again?

my friend just recently went to the dr for her regular appt for her pregnancy. she said she was bleeding on and off and she was 2 months pregnant. when she wet to the dr he told her she miscarried and is now pregnant again!!! is that possible? all this in less that a month...

ovulation question..?

My question is about cervical mucus. On thursday i noticed the stretchy cm, then sunday i noticed it was slippery. Does this mean I ovulated Thrusday, Sunday or one of the days in between? I know every women is different but I'm just wondering what is most likley.

How much stuff do you usually get at your baby shower?

My wife’s baby shower is coming up for our first child. She hasn’t really bought anything for our baby other than a few bibs and the crib set.

We have no clothing, accessories or even bedding for the crib. We didn’t want to buy anything until after her shower.

How much do you usually get from people at your shower? Should I expect to buy most of everything on the registry list?

This is the only baby in both of our families, so I know the grandparents will want to pitch and buy a few things.

I am not looking for others to provide for my child, I just want to know what to expect!

I am 27 wks preggo and have a lot of pressure on my rectum, also a lot of mild braxton hicks. Anyone know why?

I am also having loose stool (sorry tmi). With every braxton hicks I experience the pressure on my rectum as if I need to go to the washroom, but nothing happens (except for the occasional loose stool). Any suggestions? Could I have stomache flu or something? Can I take anything? I am waiting on a call back from my midwife and decided to get some advice and opinions from you guys. Thanks a lot.

if you have a period every month?

if you have a period every month on the same date every month without fail does that mean that your ovulating??? or could there still be probs with ovulation if though your periods are fine?? iam 27 trying for a baby and i have fibroids my periods are fine but nothing is happening even though we have sex at the right times when iam supposed to be ovulating
