I just a had a baby in september and that would be my 3rd one. every year I had a kid out of guilt except my first one . I 'm afraid he'll breakup with me and don't understand my reasons for not having this one(too many at once,health risks, him not being able to hold or have a job). I told him that i would have another baby with him but not right away . I'm only 21 and I haven't got live a young life and he's 25 so he has expreinced much more than I have. But when i try to tell him that he acts like I want to run around and be all slutty, when i really just want to be free have fun with my friends before I get too old. I just need some good advice ...... thanks for your time.

ok,my mom is really pissed off at me because I havnt been acting up to her standards around my house like clearing my plate or doing my chores wich she already dosnt pay me for...not like she is supposed to....but I'm totally broke and all my friends have an Ipod and I really want one. but now shes so pissed off I cant watch T.V. or see any of my friends for a week or else I'll get beaten...I really want to run away but I want to come back at some point and I'm not sure if she will let me come back after leaving...plz help anything is worse than this hell I'm in now

my son has taken to clawing people's faces when he gets excited, slapping in joy, and grabbing people's eyes. it's very difficult to get him to understand that these things hurt, though they are cute sometimes. i don't think he can understand when i say NO or even understand that i am upset with him. what do you people think?

My friend is going to use the day after pill method. I was wondering, should she follow the dosage written here or should she take them as if she was talking the pill? (these are all birth control pills but as listed on http://ec.princeton.edu/worldwide/default.asp, these can be used as day after pills.)

Note: in 28-day packs, only the first 21 pills can be used

I'm wondering if there is a growth chart that will tell me how many ounces I feed my baby at what stage. I breastfeed and commonly pump milk and feed him out of a bottle. I get about 6-8 ounces each time I pump. The pediatrician said to give no more than 3 ounces when he went for his two week check up, but he's grown a lot since then. He doesn't seem to be satisfied unless he's had 4-6 ounces, but I don't want to overfeed him! Does anyone know the rule on this?

Mom's been divorced for over 2 years and at their beck & call. Dad is (and always HAS been) away from the house, golfing, out of town, never around, who knows where?). Mom has continuously covered for him and now 50/50 custody is more like 95/5 (if THAT!). Kids basically run mom's life and now don't want to share her "time" with a new love, a boyfriend that she recently fell in love with. Kids are threatening to stay at friends houses or dad's (who's never home, anyway). Also threatened to never talk to her or SEE her again if she insists on seeing "him" (the new boyfriend). Using LOVE as leverage, mom feels like she has no alternative than to "give in" and let them have their way. Dad won't support in ANY way (after all: SHE's covering for HIM most of the time). Mom is on call 24/7 for kids which are 13 (f), 16 (m), and 19 (f). Oldest is continuously "checking up on mom while the son is calling her filthy name, insinuating that she's sleeping around when she spends the nite.

I have had the talk with her, she knows about all the protection available, and I completely trust her. But, my problem is, she is so trusting and innocent, that I'm worried any boy she dates will be able to talk her into anything. Also, I am strict with my children on where they go and when they are to be due back and hourly check ins. But I work all day. I have family available when I am unable to be there when they need to check in. I don't want to give her permission to have sex, but I also don't want her to be a mother at 15. Any ideas, besides a chastity belt with a dead bolt?

I ask this on the parenting board and only got two answers. I thought I get get more responces here. I am pregnant 10.5 weeks with my 4th pregnancy one which ended in a miscarriage. I think I already feel a lil bigger my zip up jeans are very SNUG "barleyfitting anymore". I have not gained weight but, I feel bigger. I am kinda overweight to start with. I have read with EACH pregnancy you will show sooner: was that true 4 you? I know other people to look at me can not tell yet. I think in another 5 weeks they will be able to tell. What is the avarage that women show with #3 or more?
