He eats more than anything else. Nothing I do I will stop him from eating. I even tried locking all the food up. What would work?

I have a really hard time believing this one's true...
Generally, if a child has an obesity problem, the parents also have weight issues. You really need to stop buying anything unhealthy - to save his life & yours! If it's miserable at first, it will pass - I swear! Eating healthy will make everyone feel so much better! Be supportive so that he doesn't eat only to feel better; he should eat only until his body says he's no longer hungry. Find other things to do with him (not videogames) to distract him from food.
I'm shocked if you haven't taken him to the doctor. By now, incredible damage may have happened to his circulatory system, heart and nervous system that will make it that much harder for him to recover & move around. Do whatever it takes to take him to a doctor TODAY. If it costs too much for you, think of the medical bills if he continues this way & his likely early death.
Remember - YOU are the parent! With love, honesty & determination, you can make anything happen.

Man don't listen to these people, you only live once, let him eat what ever he wants. If he's happy, you should be too. If HE wants to change then you help him lose weight. He's 11 years old, he IS aware of what he looks like and what he's doing. Normally our children will follow in our foot steps, do you eat alot of fatty foods? Maybe ya'll can do a diet together. I would say most of this problem is your fault. Why was he not out with his friends playing ball? Or on a sports team, keeping him active? Try putting him in a sport, try swimming. That works everything and his not right in front of everyone so he will be less embarrassed. Good job mom for letting him get so big.

im thinking that you meant 100 lbs, because if he was 1k, we would have read about that on the news by now. 100 at 11 is pretty big. a lady i know has a 10 year old that weighs 160 lbs, and he is a huge mess. i have a 10 year old that is 62lbs, and he is the same size as the other kids in his class. so, yes, 100lbs is a bit large. better to try and get it under control now. he may end up with a life long eating disorder. junk food and fast foods seem to be a part of most everyones lives.

You can't mean one thousand pounds, it must be one hundred. Some people have a disorder that they are always hungry no matter how much they eat. I saw it on the health channel on TV. Why not take him to the Dr. and see how you can help him. Also you and your family should be a good example in your eating habits.

An 11 year old boy what? If you are talking about a human, no he should not. Neither should an 11 year old girl. But if you are talking about another kind of animal you should contact the zoological society. Perhaps they could give you information how what is the ideal weight for 11 year old elephants.

Kidding me, are u sure it's not 100 lb. 1000 lbs sounds rediculous. What does he eats if all the food is lock up? Well, try give him braces.

At this point, I'm surprised Children and Family Services hasn't been called in. You need to have a doctor and or mental health professional intervene. That is life threatening. This child can die because of his weight. I know they have clinics for this kind of thing... look into it.

I'm just trying to imagine the strain on his heart and lungs. HE WILL DIE IF YOU DO NOT GET THIS UNDER CONTROL!!!
