You might want to think about removing the barbells and putting in the rings. Your barbells are probably to small for your growing nipples. Its fine to continue to wear your jewelery until your colostrum starts coming in then you might want to thing about removing them. If your not going to breast feed then leave them in. Just make sure you clean them very thourouly then when your milk is gone and the nipple swelling is gone than you can put your barbells back in.

Well, your nipples are getting bigger and tender from the pregnancy but the barbells may hurt if they end up being to small because of the breast growth. I'm not 100% sure about nipple rings but I know they have specialty pregnancy belly rings out there that are made from flexible material like a soft plastic or rubber so you can take your hardware out but not have it close over or keep it in and risk scarring or peircing migration. Might be worth checking into. Anyway hope that helps. I didn't find that out till after the baby and had to push my ring through where it had closed over. Ouch!

You should take your nipple rings out for your own comfort. You will be shocked how much your nipples hurt during pregnancy, often at different times and stages.
Just think, after going through labor, getting them re-pierced will seem like a walk in the park!

To my knowlegde it is completely normal for a woman's breast to grow in size. Some women are reported to have increased by two cup sizes. As for the burning situtation that you mentioned, I suggest that you talk to your doctor the next time that you go in for an examination. S/He should be able to tell you if that is normal or not.

Possibly. Your breasts and nipples get bigger and WAY sensitive during pregnancy. If you are planning on breast feeding you may want to talk to you OBGYN because you may need to remove them.

If i were you i would take out tell just in case they do harm the baby. Plus, that is normal in pregnant people. Don't worry and be careful.

Having your piercing in while pregnant is not something that is recommended. My friend, who does body piercing suggests your Dr. to take them out ASAP

your body is changing and your breasts will change and it is a possibility that the barbells are causing the discomfort, I would take them out.
