My friend is going to use the day after pill method. I was wondering, should she follow the dosage written here or should she take them as if she was talking the pill? (these are all birth control pills but as listed on http://ec.princeton.edu/worldwide/default.asp, these can be used as day after pills.)

Note: in 28-day packs, only the first 21 pills can be used

She wasn't taking the pill before. It would be the first time she took such pills.

She took Nordette at 320pm this afternoon, which is roughly 25-26 hours after unprotected sex, what are the chances of her getting pregnant?
