Precum always contains sperm in it. That's why doctors say that the pull out method doesn't ever work. A girl can still get pregnant with it.Precum is a self lubricant for guys, just like how girls get wet, it makes things easier to do.

Sperm can live outside of the body(or inside of a female's body) for about 2 days, and unless your body is not producing sperm, your semen-***, will always have sperm in it, it doesn't change content for whatever you are doing.
