Um ...many parts of your question concern me.

#1 Why are there playboys laying around the house for the kids to find?

#2 Why are you letting her look at them?

#3 If they are a "safe" place, why is she alone long enough to explore and find them?

#4 Why is what to do on this such a mystery to you?

I don't think you need to seek professional help for HER.
She'll probably be fine.
You need to make your home a child friendly place, that means burn the playboys, put out the joints and hide the dildos.

This seems like common sense to me???

Yes. Be concerned that your husband is spending so much on those worthless mags when he could be investing in much funner toys and games. There's too much free stuff on the internet to be buying that soft crap. Direct your daughter there. It should not be a phase but a life long learning experience. And no, professional help is not needed. Those toys are mostly self explanatory and the games come with instructions. She's old enough to be able to figure them out. Get involved with her and show her all the tricks.

No I don't think you should be concerned about your daughter being curious. You do need to put a stop to it and NOT by punishing her.

I think you should be concerned that your husband leaves them where she can find them, or that he feels a need to have them in the house at all where he is responsible for bringing up a child with a good sense of self and a good value system. If he is addicted to porn and must have it in your home, then the least he could do is keep it put up where the children do not see it.

Playboy is not an appropriate reading material for a child of any gender.

Don't worry about it. I've been looking at Playboy since I was four and I turned out just fine. I actually think it has helped me a lot in my exotic dancing career. And it has helped boost my self confidence knowing that I look better than those girls. So much so that I,m auditioning for an adult feature next week! Wish me luck!

I don't think that you should be leaving your hubby's Playboys to sit around out in the open where your daughter can find them. And does it really sit well with you that your husband is looking at them in the first place? I don't know about you, but I would feel really crappy if my husband looked at other women the way he should only look at me.

Children at that age are curious. If this has only been going on for a few days, I wouldn't worry. However, if it continues, say, over a month, I'd hide the magazines. That way there will be no opportunity for her to look at things she should not and is not ready for. Maybe talk with her about it. It couldn't hurt.

Yes you should be concerned that your husband leaves them out for a 6 year old to look at.

It's probably just a phase--most little girls go through a phase when they're enamored by women's bodies, because they know that their bodies will look like that one day, and they're excited and curious. I wouldn't be worried about it just yet.

This probably means she's curious, that's only natural. Also your husband should hide them better, it's not appropriate. Tell her she's not bad for looking at them it's just not for someone her age to look at
