my friend just recently went to the dr for her regular appt for her pregnancy. she said she was bleeding on and off and she was 2 months pregnant. when she wet to the dr he told her she miscarried and is now pregnant again!!! is that possible? all this in less that a month...

Yes, it is quite possible. My doctor told me after I had my miscarriage to not have sex for a month because you can ovulate as early as 2 weeks after having a miscarriage. If you do however get pregnant in that first month, it is thought that your chances of having another miscarriage are higher.
My doctor told me that I only needed to wait one month before I could try to conceive again. I got pregnant the first month trying again. After you have a miscarriage, it is easier to conceive again because the lining of your uterus is thinner, making it easier for the embryo to implant. A lot of the time, an egg is fertilised but it doesn't implant itself into the uterine wall.

It sounds like you are having a hard time swallowing this girl's story. It is physically possible but the girl would have known she was having a miscarriage if she were 8 wks along. There would have been a lot of bleeding, cramping and clots coming away. I don't think it would be easy to miss the signs. Certainly though a woman can fall pregnant within a few weeks of miscarrying...all within the space of a month.
Trust your gut feelings as to whether she is telling the truth or not.

Yea one of my good friends miscarried and was pregnant again just 2 weeks later. That is actually when you are most fertile.

YES after 1miscarrage and 2 tubal pregnancy's I was pregnant again within 4 months. Scared to death of what could be in the future. It finnally happened, a baby 4weeks early and healthy. the dr.even wanted to remove my rt. tube but we refused thinking that could introduce more problems. That was 1 yr. before we had our son. He will be 2 his month. We are blessed. Good luck to your friend and her baby.

Right after you miscarry or have a baby you are at the most fertile so yes it is very possible

Yep, Thank God, it is possible to get pregnant again that fast cause a miscarriage is awful to go thru. When I had one, I wanted to be pregnant again. Took 3 months.

yes b/c i was the same. i had a miscarriege and then i went to the doctor to go get checked and they told me i was pregnant again!!. so now i am due anyday now. i ask if that is bad for the baby they said no.

well i got pregnant 4 months after i miscarried.....you friend shouldnt have been having sex within a month after miscarring....that leads to chances of infection

my cousin did the same thing and her doc told her that she had she had twins and that she know has a single baby. she had bleeding and everthing like you congradulationd to your friend
