It will depend on the medication prescribed. Just call a local pharmacy and ask.

Most pharmacy's will allow prescriptions for 1 yr. Unless it is for a controlled substance then you only have 6 months. You should have no problem either way for your RX. A lot of the times doctors will give freebies out and their patients don't need to have the script filled anyway for a month.

Yes, just speak with the pharmacist. He should ok it. Usually prescriptions are good for a year. If there is a problem, call your doctor and explain the situation. My doctor is really good about getting my prescriptions current, if they aren't. Tell your doctor that you didn't need the prescription until now, and to please contact the pharmacy so they will fill it. That should work so that you can get your medication. Good Luck!!

Well, I don't know the laws and regulations in your area - I simply have a different suggestion:

There is a one-time treatment Atlasprofilax that usually makes the migraine disappear and the depressions less - of course there is no guarantee.

I have experienced the amazing effects myself... :-)

Now, the treatment is available in California and Europe only, costing approx. 220 dollars. And it's worth to travel a far way to make the experience!
