my mom is holding my daughter from me until my divorce is done.is there anything i can do to get her for the day or maybe even for the night?

Does your mom have custody rights? If not she is kidnapping your child. If she does, contact a lawyer. Your child is not to be used as a "prize" for getting a divorce. If you change your mind and stay in the marriage, does this mean you will never see your daughter again? Crazy yes, but no crazier then not letting you see her until the divorce is done.

who has custody of your daughter, cuz if you do, then theres nothing your mother can do to keep you from seeing her. If she has legal rights to your daughter, thats another story. You just need to make sure that your daughter is in a safe place, if being with you is not safe, then maybe you should wait to see her.

unless she has custody what she is doing is illegal and you can call the police.
