hehehe

good luck

when you get mad, try locking yourself in your room, putting your pillow over your mouth, and screaming your bloody head off into it until you just can't scream anymore. then keep screaming until you feel so rediculous you laugh at yourself.

you won't want to hurt your babies anymore, you'll get out the crazy feelings, and when you come out of your room your kids will be a little afraid. a little afraid is good.

By not holding your temper, you are setting a bad example for them. I suggest finding a twin support group in your area, there must be some. Exchange ideas with other mothers in the same boat. Get out more, parks where they can run off that wonderful energy they have. Reward the good behavior, punish the bad. And most importantly take time for just YOU> You cannot be a ma 24/7 without burning out. Refresh yourself and the temper will take care of itself.

I have a 5, 3, and one year old and almost 8 months pregnant. So i feel ya. The one thing that I don;t get to do but should is go do something nice for ytourself every week. take a break from them. Once you miss them for a day or so then the bad stuff they do isn;t so bad.

Um... I don't really have a temper. I tried to get rid of it. I teach high school though. The first time a kid really lipped off at me I got pretty upset and then I thought about all the cruddy jobs I had to become a teacher and how horribly people treated me. I guess my advice to to try and keep a sense of perspective. When my daughter acts like a twit and I feel upset I read her a book or get her to repeat nice things to me. So she'll say Mama... I says "is" she says "is" and I say "smart" and she says "smart"... I guess its sort of perverse, but I get a kick out of having her say nice things.

put your twins in a safe room, maybe thier bedroom if childproofed, put their monitor on and walk away. Go outside and take a breather. Maybe call a friend, family member or neighbor and ask for them to watch the kids for a 1/2 an hour while you clear your head! I know it is hard sometimes!!!! You need to take care of yourself in order to give your twins the love and treatment they deserve.
Remember....If mama ain't happy...nobodys happy! LOL!

I took care of my twin cousins,
I had 2 of my Owen one in 2Nd grade and one in4Th.
My aunt came to visit I went to the rest room.
Came out she was gone. this was in 1983.
I had them for 6 months.
My best advice for you is to time out for all.
Count to 50 and go from their.
When your husband comes have him give you a break for a hour
If that don't work then ask a friend or family member to help.

Geez! I have just one and it's hard. I'd suggest Valium twice a day for the next 3 to 5 years. For you, not the kids.
