While Bush hinted at resolving the Iran problem over the table I feel he is in talks with Israel in preparation of an attack. What would be the UK's response to such?

I'm a Conservative. I find that Liberals tend to only accept facts that fit their paradigm. I see that Liberals feel the same way about conservatives. Clearly we can't both be right (no pun intended) but are we both wrong?

I believe that less government interference is good.
This includes lower taxes. What am I missing?

I believe that we should not apologize for being the most powerful economy, military, industrial complex in the world. Why is that wrong?

I believe we should have kicked Saddam out of Iraq when he first violated the Cease Fire Agreement; regardless of the WMD situation. Am I a bloodthirsty barbarian?

I believe that freedom of religion doesn't mean freedom FROM religion and that it should extend to Christians too! Where is my logic faulty?

The neocons like to trash the Kennedy's for being "rum runners" yet the Bush family has made their fortune at the cost of 6 million Jews being gased in concentration camps.

Upswing of outsourcing, death of unions, core job loss, deficit spending and rapacious day-trading 1981-88 making America great for the top 2%, but less than sparkling for the masses of men and women. Was Reagan an evil puppet of the monied darkest powers of the far right, or just an ignorant, pleasant, home-spun speach-making buffoon who kept the seat warm until a real leaders returned, or both?

Somebody compared liberals to communists. Fair enough. Atleast you picked somebody on the same side of the political spectrum, instead of terrorists (which are right-wing socially conservative religious fundamentalists).

NOW COMPARE WHAT NEO-NAZIS AND KLAN MEMBERS SAY TO WHAT CONS BELIEVE. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS ONE OF DEGREE.

American Knights of the Ku Klux Klan:
In Their Own Words:

"Enemies from within are destroying the United States of America. An unholy coalition of anti-White, anti-Christian liberals, socialists, feminists, homosexuals, jews [sic] and militant blacks have managed to seize control of our government and mass media. This gang of criminals and degenerates has declared war on the hard working, tax paying, White citizens … The American Knights of the Ku Klux Klan plan to change things for the better. We shall liberate our nation from these savage criminals and restore law and order to America."

If two groups of people have 2 different ideas of how the economy works best and one is proven wrong much more often then not...

isn't that group's reason for why they were wrong an EXCUSE not an explanation?

Take for example Reaganomics versus Keynesian economics. Historical economic data shows keynesians outperforming supply siders.

In response, cons love to make all these sad excuses. For example they say that under FDR, the economy had nowhere to go but up. Fact is that after the stock market crash of 1929, the economy kept going downhill for FOUR STRAIGHT YEARS. It could have definitely kept tanking for alot longer.

Another EXCUSE they use is well it was all WWII spending. Again, the fact is the economy grew by 88.14% from 32' to 41' (WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE WWII). No other president saw that kind of growth. Not even close.

Instead of using $3 billion dollars a week of U.S. tax payer money. And getting 3700 American troops killed.

Why not simply hire Blackwater and take over Iraq?

Just think, you could invade Iraq witha civilian militia. save our troops lives. And then since you hired Blackwater, you could move to Iraq.

what a deal. Instead you use taxpayer dollars for Iraq rather than healthcare for American citizens.

Wouldn't the wise thing for republicans be to simpl move to Iraq? they love it better than America. And they have blackwater. what could be better?

oh I know- a free ride on the American taxpayer to the tune of $100,000 per minute? http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/politics/2002780385_spending03.html

and 3700 American lives wasted for a war you could have simply hired Blackwater to do?

Do us Americans a favor next war you republicans start. Leave the American troops lives alone. And he U.S. tax dollars in the U.S.

Bet the republicans can't wait to move to Iraq.

Seemingly we do not know at what direction is this heading, Some refuse independence, others decline statehood. Should Congress or whomever has the power to do so, hand the Spanish what was once a possession of the monarchy? Would not it be easier rather that scratching and turning our heads the other way?
