I'm not saying he would have a right to force the woman to get an abortion, only that he would have no legal responsibility, financialy or otherwise.

It is very simple. If a woman gets pregnant she can choose to have the baby or not. If she chooses not, the man can ask her to carry the child and he will keep it. She can say no, its here body. If she chooses to keep the child she can ask the father if he will be there. He can say no, this would be a fathers legal abortion. As far as the man using birth control, the woman can choose to use birth control also or choose not to have sex.
Again they both have a choice.

THIS ANSWER DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH RAPE.
COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ARGUMENT!!!!!


I disagree with abortion and would rather adopt a child a woman doesn't want.
STILL HER CHOICE THOUGH!!!!

Most of the Democratic nominees want to erase those preniums on medical insurance so that the average American won't be overburdened with personal bills. Don't you want the same socialized utopia as with your Congressman/woman?

There seems to be a huge argument over whether socialized means a slippery slope in pharmaceutical quality or patient care but I don't buy that since Canada and the Scandinavian countries have all adopted a similar universal plans w/o any leaks or problems

What are your reasons for opposing such a plan?

Should we shut down these Spanish speaking TV stations (such as Telemundo and Univision) to help aid in the attempt to curb illegal immigration?

These immigrants are telling their families back in Mexico, that America will adjust to THEM, not the other way around as it should be. By doing this, we are telling these illegals that it is okay to come here and they will suffer no consequences. These immigrants need to know that they have to adjust to America.

They claim that liberals attack them, when it is a fact that the right wingers are the one's calling the liberals evil. Are they really this blind and full of hate? I thought Christ was tolerant and open to all people's, but if you follow right wingers logic, he is only tolerant until he sends those who disagree with right wingers to hell. Are they really this naive and ignorant? I really wish they would grow up. They claim that liberals make abusive remarks and then when someone calls them on their own abuses they suddenly don't want to take responsibility for their own actions.

I see this comment all the time (from mostly liberal minded people) and wonder, why is this an illegal war?

Also, the democrats also voted for war, does this make them complicit in this "illegal war?"

The democrats say they were misled and lied to, but isn't information in all wars shaky, i.e. the fog of war, etc.?

If saddam broke hundreds of U.N. resolutions (like he did, and he agreed to abide by these resolutions), doesn't this mean he had to be stopped?
