Canadians come to the United States to pay for health care. Well, they did, until the Canadian government found out about it and made it illegal for their citizens to pay for health care. Why did they come to the states? I suppose it's because some of them die waiting 6 months for an MRI.

For starters...no they aren't.
Canada has a horrible medical system and no American would stand for the crappy treatment you receive in inferior canadian hospitals. The United States has the best doctors, hospitals, technology, and medicine...
Anyway you fool...have fun sitting on your 6 month waiting list to get your toothache checked out...LOL, canada...

Why do doofus liberals refer to people with informed opinions as "ignorant rednecks?" How do you know that most Canadians are generally happy with their health care? Even if they are, how many of them has gotten really sick? Your characterizations reflect a basic problem with liberalism--an elitist attitude that believes that people are unable to make their own decisions. Liberalism is supposed to be inclusive and tolerant, but you show that it is not.
