I for one am going to boycot all voting, join me and not vote as a signal to all the ..as holes..., taking our money, messing with our kids, making stupid laws, lying to us year after year. if no one voted at all that would put a stop to all this c r a p.; Think.

I know I'm gonna get alot of hate messeges but I really don't care. My reasons for calling them stupid is because they support a very evil man! Bush sent us to war for oil. He owns many oil companies that's why he got Saadam out of the country and sent one of his own people in! Basically, just steal the oil. He knew Saadam would never let him do this, if he didn't start a war with him! Why do people think gas has been the most expensive it's ever been for years? It's been proven that there was NO weapons a mass destruction (Regardless of what people think.) If there was, then tell me why United Natons is talking about letting Saadam go? If Bush really cared for this country how come he don't let his kids fight the war HE started? Yet, he has everyone else's kids dying in an unnecessary war. If you still disagree with me, then tell my why he barely attended any funerals of the beloved soliders that died for HIS war? Too busy to pay his last respects??? How could you support that?

I personally can't stand politics. But the conversation about fox news is starting to sicken me. If fox news is an extension of the government, what do you call all the other news stations when there is a democrat in office? Then are all the other stations extensions and fox the rogue news channel or something ridiculous? Please grow up.

Even if fox leaned more conservative, and they might, I don’t watch main stream news it’s all polluted. It is only one news network versus all the others. But yet people find the need to complain about it. I never hear people complain about CNN for leaning one way or another. Other than getting caught skewing a bush bashing poll, but they deserved that.

I despise both major parties to the point where I am not political. But please, for the sake of people around you who don’t care. If you like CNN and that whole liberal news network stay away from people in public who watch fox news; AKA: their “extension of the government.”

Seems like most 'intellectuals' have been brainwashed to believe you can't discriminate because they have been fooled by 'black and white' logic.

Some discrimination is both logical and correct. There is a positive side to most all things.

Well, even homosexuals discriminate ! You don't find homosexual men marrying homosexal women, now do you ?

Seem like the definition of 'marriage' is based on the biological differences between men and women, and even the gay community discriminates on that basis.

Whatever happened to personal responsibility? Everywhere you look, when questioned, the Republicans/conservatives try to justify Mark Foley's behavior by saying that the Democrats/left are no better. Whatever happened to accepting personal responsibility for your actions? Does else think they should be working with the Democrats/left to prevent and stop sexual predators from attaining office? What are your thoughts?

Everyone knows about Baldwin, Franks and Kolbe right?

Is homosexuality incompatible with congress?

If Franks really has a list is it in the same format the Nazis used to list the Jews?

If the rest get outed will it damage the democrats more tha the republicans.

Is this really something to be concerned about?

Everyone knows the Fox network is part of the Republican propaganda machine. Do they not know Foley as one of their own? Or do they just not want to claim him? Perhaps they think so little of their viewers intelligence that they thought they could fool them into thinking he was a Democrat and therefore keep their votes? Mabe it was just an honest mistake? NOT! They are sh$#ing their pants and my soul sings!

I find the blind partisanship on this site (and lots of other places) to be a terrible development in politics. It seems no one on either side is willing to accept that the leaders of their own party can ever make a single mistake.

So - in the interest of bringing back some civil discourse, I'll say here and now that, though I'm quite liberal, I'll admit that Clinton made his share of mistakes as president.

Do you agree with the current administration's policy of outsourcing jobs overseas?

If so, how do you feel it benefits the average, middle-income American family?

If not, please give rational reasons for your opinion as well.

hey you guys these are some of the answers that are given to this question ;what are the effect if any does the political; structure have on families in our society? can some one develop all this information into an essay. here is the information or opinions that people had given.
I think there are many ways in which the political structure affects families. Some are beneficial and others are detrimental. Of the good kind, one sees persons settled in a society where law and order prevail, which gives a sense of security to those who abide by it. On the other hand, there is probably too much governmental interference in the way people choose to live. High taxation, antiquated laws, lack of sufficient health care, a stressed economy, unemployment rates, escalating crime, relaxed national security, and domestic violence are some of the by-products of the division of politics in this nation. Where one side will preach conservatism, the opposing faction will expound on liberalism.

I don't hate Republicans. Many of their veiws I share. But the Republican Party I used to respect has been hijacked by the far right. Why doesn't the rest of their party take a stand and take their party back from the far right before it's too late?

Sadly, there just aren't enough people like McCain and Hagel left in the GOP.

It ain't looking so good, my friends:

In one of them I was just asking about where some old poster who always put down libs like me was, lets see now...he had a picture of some ape like thing and said we were one of them I think. Anyway I don't see him anymore. The other one was about a couple of posters here who seem to have a lotta time on there hands considering how much they post. One of them says she just got a raise but I figure she's just working overtime (here) coz it election time again. If you see her she has her bare shoulder stuck out at u. J something is her name I think. Well anyway let's see if they let this one stand. Somebody in yahoo must not like old moe.
