Is taking responsibility the same as agreeing to be held accountable for what you admit knowing at the time it was going on, AND knew was wrong?

It will not happen. The Rs in Congress wont admit to being fallable or allowing a predator to go on and prey on innocent children while they knew about it.

Only if you are a Republican. If you are a Democrat you were never expected to have morals in the first place.
