I was talking to a man today, and he said, "if there are so many conservatives in the United States, why are things not more 50/50." Uh, hello, the last two national elections were pretty much 50/50. He must live in that box the national media accuses our President of living in. He is so right in his views he cannot fathom that there are many people who disagree with him. How do we get these people to think objectively?

This post was deleted by yahoo because they said I didn't ask or answer a question, when I clearly did. Here is the question (pay attention yahoo) WHAT EVENT(S) DURING THE CARTER YEARS MAKES YOU CONCLUDE HE WAS THE WORST PRESIDENT EVER? ? ? <-------- (question mark indicates a question has been asked)

It seems liberals who don't like the questions forward them on as abuse.

I understand its his job to make Democrats look bad while at the same time being a mouthpiece for Republicans but he just seems to get caught lying over and over again.

How much longer can he keep this up before Neocon idiots even stop buying his BS?

far and balanced!!!! what the hellll. when did reporting the news mean reporting your side. ny times editor came out and said his paper is not biest on the war. well, big shocker buddy. there is a reason your parties symbol is a donkey, stuborn, stupid, and an all around jackass!

so why not just come out and say, good evening this is the news with a democratic view.

oh and we hate bush.

that way we know that all your poles are slanted and your views are one sided and try to put the worst spin on any thing that has to do with republicans!! why not just say it.

I mean, he is the only black representative in the Senate...and where I think women in the Senate should have initiatives to push forward the concerns and causes of women...I believe that Barack...being the LONE representative for the entire African-American population in the US should push some for African American initiatives.

I'm talking about social issues...like civil rights and women's suffrage... It's my understanding that the Republican party was the one that was AGAINST slavery and was more I guess, liberal than their conservative democrats from the South... What happened afterwards? Because it seems like during the civil rights movement, it was the opposite... most republicans were voting against black vote and democrats the contrary....

John Murtha, in a session of Congress, shouted down a Republican congressman during debate on the grounds that the Republican had never served in the military. Given that we have a civilian leadership for our military, is Murtha justified in his stance that only soldier and ex-soldier can be allowed to comment on the war?
